Pet Friendly Townhome w Fenced Yard and Fire Pit!

Great location in Carolina Beach on a quiet street within walking distance to public beach access. It was very clean with everything we needed for an extended stay. Great little outdoor area with a fire pit. Plenty of space for all of us and our dog. We would love to come back for a staycation in the summer.

Beautiful home and very clean and neat inside. Very well supplied kitchen. Only issues were 1) the outdoor grill was very dirty and we spent significant time cleaning it and 2) the WIFI connection is very poor and regularly stopped working.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. We loved the yard and double gates for our dog. The outdoor shower was useful and we enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the morning. Would recommend and would stay again!

The property was very clean and comfortable for our group of 7 adults. It is a 5 block walk to the beach access, which was not a problem for most of our group, but can be for someone not able to walk long distances. The boardwalk is 1.2 miles from the property-a short drive but also walkable. We received notification while traveling that the dishwasher was not functioning but would be repaired during our stay. The dishwasher was not able to be repaired, so we had to wash dishes the entire time we were there-not something you want to do while on vacation. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Last minute vacation to Carolina Beach at this house. Very Quiet court, sweet fenced back yard, bonus sitting area downstairs, WELL stocked kitchen for prepping meals at home. Crosswalk with lights for beach access was a bonus. Walking/biking trails extremely close.

The house is perfect for a family vacation (accommodates 7) which includes a small fenced in backyard for dogs. Just a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend.

The email I received with information about the house said I needed to go to the real estate office to get parking passes and enter a code to get into the house (the code was not listed). I got to the real estate office after hours which was fine because the email said my parking passes would be in the after hours box. When I entered the code, I saw that my parking passes were not in there and I had no code to get into the house. Luckily, I got in contact with the emergency maintenance request option and was able to talk to someone that connected me with the on call property manager. She told me that we didn't need parking passes and was able to get the code, which was great! But it also would have been nice and less stressful if that information was known ahead of time. We were on the verge of getting a hotel room because we didn't know if we would be able to get in touch with anyone in time. Also, some of the sheets in the house were missing. There were towels in place of the sheets, which I'm assuming was an accidental oversight. Not a big deal, but I wanted to let you know that for the future. Other than that, everything was great!
