Pet-Friendly Retreat w/ Private Pool, Fenced Yard and Close to the Beach

Very clean and comfortable, more than fully stocked with kitchen ware, outdoor grill by the beautiful pool, laundry access, and ample parking. The location is also perfect - close to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery store and the beach access road. We will rent again!

The property was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had all the items I needed even though I had brought my own. I loved that there was a place for the dogs to use the restroom and that a scooper was available to use. The pool area was amazing. There were two outdoor showers available which was very convenient especially coming back from the beach. Everything is close by. I would definitely rent again . Only 1 thing I can say is I wish the beds were a little more comfortable.

Clean house. Needs a little more love, but overall it was great. Pool was not cleaned, but once contacted property manager they did ask to clean.

We booked the trip and had an unexpected emergency and then death of a family member. No we did not buy the insurance at first but definitely tried to after (about a week) due to our unforeseen situation. We were not permitted by the site. So we do not want to lose our friends money who booked with us, so we went. The pool was not warm despite the purchase of the pool heater, and the king bedroom bathroom has a sewer smell coming from the drains. The host was slow to respond prior to the date of the trip and when we asked about a light in the pool for evening time, we never received a response. The whole thing was just hard. The house is nice and the bra is beautiful, and we did swim some. It just would have been nice for some compassion and better communication. It was the beginning of spring break so I’m sure they would have been able to book the home if we were permitted to cancel due to life circumstances. We learned a hard lesson during a painful time. We will always get insurance because we cannot count on compassion. It was nice to be able to connect with nature at the beach and we do appreciate the house. We hope the next person has a better experience all the way around

We had a really nice stay at this property. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The pool was a wonderful bonus and a perfect way to spend the afternoons after coming back from the beach. The location was also great, literally just a short golf cart drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shops.One of the highlights for us was that the property is pet-friendly. It made our trip so much easier to bring our furry family members along, and the space worked well for having pets with us.The only minor downside was that some of the furniture wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, this is a clean, convenient, pet friendly spot with a pool, and we’d definitely consider staying again.

Absolutely phenomenal. We were forced to check in 30 minutes late, which has a parent of three is a little stressful. But the place is absolutely insane.

The vacation house was in a great spot that was close to all the places my family wanted to go to!!! The pool was the highlight of the trip and where we spent most of our time while at the house!! Would highly recommend for a family of four like ours, and we also took our two dogs who seemed to love it as well!!

This is a wonderful house in Port A! It is in a neighborhood that is close to everything and oh, so quiet and peaceful! You can catch a cool sea breeze from the deck and swim in a crystal clear pool (the water felt great!). Buy a parking pass and drive to the beach in minutes--you don't have to haul all your stuff down the street or over a dune. It's also a quick trip to the grocery store, Fins, or the coffee shop! No pics this time--we ended up so chilled that I did not take a single photo! Just know the house is impeccably clean, comfy, and roomy for a couple or a small group. Well outfitted for our stay. It's pet friendly, too!

Our friends and us have been coming to Port A every year for the past 7 yrs and this is by far the best vacation spot we have stayed at. We did have a little plumbing issue a I called and someone was there within 20 minutes to fix the problem. We were very pleased how fast you sent someone and the young man was very polite and friendly and was able to fix the issue quickly. The only issue I had was the pillows provided were not comfortable to use and the bed sheet would not stay in place, Otherwise everything else was great and we will definitely book here again. My son and I also enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway. Another bonus was that the property had a washer and dryer, so we were able to knock out the laundry before we went home. My only grievance was that the neighboring unit shared the private yard. We stayed three nights and had a great time, but there were some guests in the adjacent unit on the second night and that's when we discovered that their unit had a gate to our unit's private yard and they were playing with their puppy and letting him take care of his business while we were lounging by the pool. Overall, not a big deal, but the shared component of the yard was not disclosed and there was a little less privacy than I would have preferred due to that.

We had a great time at Island vibes 2.0! Location was perfect. We loved walking to the coffee shop every morning. The pool was amazing. And the house had everything we could need. Looking forward to staying again. Thanks!!

One of the plants needs to be cut back by the back gate so you don’t get hit in the face each time going through it. The house was clean. Also, the rental is for sale. We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area, yet just a short walk to the beach and shopping. It was so convenient to have everything we needed within walking distance.The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was also very easy to find, and the covered parking was a great bonus.The pool was fantastic—clean, refreshing. We really enjoyed spending time there after a day at the beach. The price was very fair for everything this rental offers.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Port A Escapes was extremely responsive in trying to get these items resolved and ensure we had a great stay but they were beyond a simple fix that could be completed during our stay. I have addressed all the issues with Port A Escapes that need to be fixed before being rented again. The house is for sale so maybe this is why there were so many maintenance issues. The issues we had were as follows: A/C, heater and washing machine did not work. House smelled badly of mold, a slow draining bathroom sink, refrigerator ran loud and constantly, a bedroom had a sagging door and the house would shake while walking up and down the stairs. I do not recommend this property at this time. It is a great location, has a lovely pool and yard and is clean.

The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The landscaping and pool are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and the house is we decorated. The location for me was perfect. Close to the wonderful Waves cofre and gelato place, close to the beach and to the downtown with all its restaurants and shops. Would stay there again!

We have stayed in the property twice and will stay again. They are very centrally located between the shop, food and beach. The street is quite and great after a day at the beach to relax and recharge for the next day.

My family and I loved staying here. The house is equipped with everything you need. We even forgot our pack n play for our baby and the house ended up having one. I was hesitant to book because I was worried about the pool with our little ones, but you actually have to go down the stairs outside of the house and through the child locked gate to get to the private pool. The pool stayed nice and cool because of the shade sail above it so it was great to cool off in after a day at the beach! P.s. BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY!
