Pet Friendly, Private Pool, Direct Deeded Beach Access, Perfect Family Getaway

Enjoyed the option of pool or beach. When I contacted the housekeeping about an issue they took care of it immediately.

We have enjoyed our stay at One Palm. The house was perfect for our family. The house was clean and the pool was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with toaster oven, baking pans , glasses, coffee pot and plates. We brought paper plates and bowls. It was nice for the rental beach chairs and wagon. We will be back to stay again. There are a couple of updates that need taken care of. 1. Dish Washer is not draining, so you can not use it. We had brought paper plates and bowls so we really did not need it. 2. Main toliet handle is loose. 3. The bedroom with king bed - ceiling fan makes squeezing noise. 4. The rug in living room and kitchen need cleaned. We look forward to coming back next year. Tilford and Nina

One palm is a great house for families. We all had plenty of room and made memories that will last a lifetime. It was a quick walk to the beach and in a convenient location from town.

We called and reported the septic pump not working properly and raw sewage was pouring out of the tank. A maintenance man came out and looked and all he said was yep it needs to be fixed and left. We ended up having to flip the breaker off and on several times during the week to get it working. There was also a bad infestation of ants. We sprayed several times and ended up having to throw away food that the ants had gotten into. We really like the house but these things need to be addressed. The main living area couches need to be replaced as they are worn and not comfortable.

Great property, excellent location!

Excellent location with pool, which would be reason enough to stay again. The house was clean but could use some updates. WiFi connection is not great at all and some of the furniture / beds are uncomfortable.

The house fit us great! 6 adults and a 18 month old. The house was stocked nicely in the kitchen. The bedrooms were nice sizes. We did have trouble with our garbage being turned over every night by a bear so it became frustrating to have to pick it up every day. Maybe put some kind of fasteners on the lids. Also, the beach straight out from the house was brackish water from a creek a few houses down so we had to walk any 100 yards to get clear water. We didn’t have anything to sweep or clean the floor, no mop or broom, there was a vacuum cleaner that didn’t have enough suction to get up sand. I had to get down on my hands and knees and wipe the floor with a wet towel because I hate sand on the floor! A great suggestion, have a dust mop and dust buster! Over all, the house was great and we had a good time!

Great location and house!

The house was clean and as stated on web site! Had everything we needed during our stay! Great location close to the beach, one day the wind picked up on the beach so we were able to enjoy the clean pool without blowing sand! We had six adults and the accommodations were great having 2 king and 1 queen bed, so many rentals had more bunk beds than full size beds. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great Place and location! Very quit area and beach, wonderful vacation! We will be booking again
