Stayed Aug 4, 2025This property is in a great location. The property is well maintained and perfect if youj don't want the hustle and bustle of choice hotels. The purpose of our trip was to search for Yooperlite and other beautiful rocks on the Lake Superior shoreline. With this location in the center of the UP we could travel in any direction and within 30-40 minutes be to other destinations the UP has to offer. Highly recommend its all the accommodation as home.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Be aware there is no dishwasher, and we were there during cluster fly season, so a lot of flies around the windows. It’s very small, so if you are large sized, it may be too small of a bed. Very clean, nice to have a grill and fire pit with wood supplied. Good supply of kitchen equipment and some spices. Cozy house, quiet location.

We chose this location because it was perfectly located between Lake Michigan and Lake Superior with easy access to the Soo Locks, Pictured Rocks and Tahquamenon Falls

Stayed Jul 9, 2024Very nice, clean, and well supplied. It was just as described. We enjoyed being able to use the kitchen. It had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. The DVDs supplied were a pleasant surprise even though we didn't use them since we were shooting for an electronic lite vacation. It was convenient for day trips to Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks (multiple locations), and The Logging Museum. All of which were worth visiting!
