Stunning views of ocean from this lovely bright condo. The Three bedrooms offered us lots of room. Nice balcony for morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. Fernandina town was a nice surprise. The condo could supply some beach chairs-I think I saw one. We were kept busy for a wedding so it didn’t matter to us.

The location and the unit itself were excellent. We loved the accessibility to the beach and the step-less boardwalk to the beach. We found the unit had an amazingly well stocked kitchen (utensils, appliances, small appliances, etc.) and we were impressed by the furnishings of the unit itself. The entire complex is also VERY pet friendly and nearly everyone there had their dog with them. Communication with the property management was excellent and easy, too. We'll absolutely look to book here again in the future.

Wonderful, beautiful townhome! The ocean views are amazing. Everything was clean, comfortable and cheerful. Beach access was very easy. We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island at Sailmaker - thank you so much!

Our stay exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect. The views of the dunes and ocean were incredible. We also really enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around the dunes in the morning as well as the sunrise! I would highly recommend, no complaints.

Our No. 1 priority was the ocean view, and the Sailmaker more than met our expectations. There were only two of us - and my sister's dog - so we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a home away from home, except on the ocean. Best part was taking the dog to the beach. So glad we returned to Amelia Island.

We unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The furniture was comfortable and the view is exceptional. I will look for this unit again when we return to Amelia Island.

Location was perfect for our family. The set-up worked well. Unit needs a bit of updating (furniture) and kitchen utensils/pans. Also, had to space out showers due to limited hot water. Great beach access and close to restaurants.

We only spent 3 nights at this beachfront rental, but we enjoyed every moment. This place is beautiful and so close to the dunes/beach - the views are incredible. I felt this was the best unit in the entire complex. The VRBO pics are accurate! This place is modern, clean, and well-stocked. Wi-fi worked great. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teenager, 1 elementary schooler, and 1 medium dog and 1 tiny dog, and the place was a perfect fit. We didn't need it but we could have fit two more people with the sofabed. They also had an umbrella and some beach toys. Very close to Omni and Ritz, and to multiple restaurants. Also had the use of two pools, tennis courts, etc. Can't recommend this place enough, and the management team was very responsive and kind. We hope to return again soon for a longer time! Thank you to the owner for sharing their incredible summer home!

Beds were comfortable. We had 8 people and plenty of room. Nice views of ocean. We will be back!
