Good house. Had a diff

This house was so perfect for our long weekend. My family was here for December graduation from URI. The beds were comfortable and the house very spacious and clean. We had a little trouble with the lock on the door but the evolve company and owner were extremely responsive and fixed it right away. I would definitely rent this property again if needed to. My only suggestion would be to change the curtain in the master bedroom bathroom to not be sheer and for the WiFi password to be more visible. It took us awhile to find it. Our stay was fantastic!

House was great but very musty smell in the lower level. My friend only was staying one night so he slept with the window open to air out the smell. Other then that no issues and we’re very happy.

Loved the house— Large and spacious. Beds were very clean and lots of towels and extra blankets. One problem was that if you are in the master bath and someone comes up the front stairs they can see anyone in the bathroom/shower because the window treatment is so thin—Same with the bedroom window treatments. The Wi-Fi was not working for the most part. Almost impossible to watch a show. We did not call to see if that could have been resolved while we were there. If you are sensitive to smells, the basement (lower level) smells musty. Overall our family of 10 had a wonderful time and would return. Great location…many attractions in the area.

Stay was good but would have liked clearer directions about the key in the box when first checking in.

Easy access, just as pictured, rooms all made up and neat! Plenty of space for family to spread out. The seating made it so easy for all to be comfortable, kitchen bar seating to the table overlooking family room, all could chat and watch tv. Lovely atmosphere outside, came back from wedding and put patio lights on and felt like the party could still go on. Thanks to the hosts it was spot on!

House was clean and in good shape for the most part.The hall bath wasn't clean when we arrived and one towel had hair on it.A laundry basket was needed and a home manual would have been helpful with info about the home and area. There were no beach chairs, beach towels or umbrellas and no games for the large backyard. The propane was very low or out for the grill and fhe fridge filter had expired. The home was close to stores but you had to deal with the road noise.

We were very happy with the house and everything was clean when we arrived. Response was very quick on the few questions and issues we had. And would suggest putting a pull blind in the master bedroom and bathroom on the front deck side. Can definitely see in when lights are on at night and literally if someone came up the stairs you can see right in. Would definitely recommend this lovely property.

The house was very clean upon arrival with plenty of room for our 2 families. We didn’t need to use the downstairs bedrooms. Nice deck and large yard for our dog.

Nice place with plenty of room. No high chair available, even though the listing says there is one. No kitchen towels, so we used hand towels from the bathroom. It was great to have a washer and dryer.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials you need for cooking meals. I would recommend the host to make a binder available with details about the house and local recommendations for the area.

Booked this property for a family vacation and it did not disappoint! The house itself was wonderful and the property manager / owner were both very responsive to anything that came up. We were a bit concerned that there were only 2 bathrooms with one in the main bedroom, but it ended up being very manageable and not a problem at all. It was also really handy to have a store right across the street so we could cook daily and pick up groceries. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent property with lots of room and parking. We were a little worried before the trip about road noise but it was very quiet with the windows shut.

We had a great time at this property. There were 8 of us and plenty of space. The downstairs has a space with 2 bedrooms and a tv area that was perfect for the kids. It gave them their own space which they loved!! Would definitely recommend this home to others.The street was a little busier than we anticipated however that also meant lots of convenience. Walgreens, Dunks, ice cream shop and much more within minutes or walking distance. We had a great trip.

Excellent stay and great location for many in the area. Even a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Plenty of room, large back yard and deck to enjoy. Every amenity you can possibly need! Owner was very cordial if needed. Highly recommend!

Lots of room and very clean. Having the 2nd bathroom as an on suite could be an issue if you had more people staying with you.Kitchen was modern and we were overall very happy with our stay.

This was a well kept, well furnished rental. We enjoyed our stay very much.
