Stayed Nov 23, 2024Stayed here for a few days with our dogs during fall break. It was so nice to be so near the beach. Having a fenced in back yard was really appreciated to let the dogs run around. Really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024Clean property, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Ceiling fans in every room helped with temperature. Watch yourself on the primary bedroom bed frame- it is large and will leave a bruise if you walk in to it. We had no issues requiring the property manager's attention.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The property is in a nice neighborhood close to shops, such as Trader Joe’s and good restaurants. It was not an easy walk to Vanderbilt beach, but close enough to drive. The home has everything we needed and is very clean. The only thing I’d change is the master bedroom bed frame; it’s too big for the room, so the pointy edges at the end of the bed frame stick out and if you’re not careful, they jab your sides and believe me, it’s painful. My husband and I both got jabbed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful home very clean and well kept with modern finishings. The owner is very accommodating and easy to contact. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything that I needed to prepare and cook all of our meals. Although we had cool December days, we still managed to have breakfast outdoors on the patio. The backyard was very peaceful. Convenient location short drive to health club, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. About 25 minute walk to the closest beach.
