Pet-Friendly Mid-City beauty near streetcar line!

The host was welcoming, home was as pictured.

The house was beautiful with gorgeous high ceilings and an accommodating downstairs bedroom. Close enough to get to everything easily and far enough away to be a great retreat when we were done exploring for the day.

Nice place to stay, close to were we dropped ny daughter off to school. Everything was good

Pros- Huge property with tons of space. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for family.- Stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils for cooking.- Great outdoor space with TV and grill. - lots of towels and blankets and pillows Cons- the place was a little dusty (baseboards, window sills, etc). I think it could have just needed a good painting rather than truly being dirty. - the neighborhood is very rundown. At times, it felt a little unsafe. It is about a 15 minute uber downtown (2 mile walk). - there were two cockroaches in the kitchen. The host sprays for these every month. It seems they are unavoidable in New Orleans, especially when it rains.

Nice, big house with plenty of room to spread out. We were there for Jazzfest, which was an easy and shady 25 minute walk away through Mid City. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with nice linens. The kitchen area was big enough to cook and eat in, but who would do that in NOLA? We only had 6 people, but this house was big enough for many more. The outdoor space was enjoyable. Easy communication and checkin. We would rent here again!

This property was perfect for my friends Bachelorette trip! The location was fantastic and the property was so beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The host was fantastic with communication and from start to finish the process was seamless. There were 9 of us staying in the house and everyone fit comfortably! Everyone raved about what a perfect property it was for our trip. I would definitely book here again!

Great place to stay and enjoy NOLA! Super clean and cozy home; well stocked with the essentials; comfy beds and very enjoyable outdoor space; excellent communication with the host; check-in was a breeze; walkable, safe neighborhood with plenty to do nearby; and quick uber or trolley ride to the Quarter. We used this house for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was spacious, beautiful, centrally located, and we felt very safe in the location. The hosts were responsive and very kind. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great day here. The property is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and this is very close to lots of good food and times. The owners are very responsive and kind. The beds were amazing- so comfortable it was better sleep than I have at home. I definitely want to stay with them again!

Comfortable house to relax after a day at Jazz Fest. Walking distance and on the Greenway. We had a fantastic stay.
