Pet Friendly Lakefront Villa in the Heart of Osage Beach & 10' x 30' Boat Slip

The property was pet friendly. We were able to walk our dogs a short way down the road to a parking lot to let them go potty. We were in town for a boat show so we didn't spend much time in the villa but while we were there we found everything that we needed was available. The location was great and close to everything!

I have stayed in this complex many times but this one was especially nice because it was close to the water and the swim dock

It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. 3 kids, 9 years, 7 years, and 10 months. We enjoyed the house and it being so close to the lake and the nice dock. Great location to be close to many things. We are already wanting to come back next year to stay. Thank you!

Very nice place. Kitchen could use a few more dish towels/cloths. From pictures we thought pool, fire pit, boat slip was closer. Disappointed in pet friendly as no grassy area near house. (Deck looked bigger in pictures ex:(grill in corner, low table with chairs and high table w stools). Husband pointed out his white socks were filthy from floor. And I remember wiping something sticky up but thought we did it. (not sure floor was scrubbed prior to our stay) I do have to say communication with host was great. Questions answered and phone calls returned promptly. Overall, we had a good time, and the accommodations were pretty good. Just being honest and some of it was because we didn't read fine print really good. Thank you!

We had a great time! The accommodations were wonderful, considering we had two small children and a dog, and some family that visited as well. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was amazing. We loved being so close to the swimming and fishing dock, and the pool and splash pad was well maintained and a hit with the kids! The neighbors were friendly and when they said they were pet friendly, they meant it. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a perfect middle spot between the highway and the strip! Easy access to a remote cove for peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your lake property. Boat slip was very convenient and the villa was very well supplied. We had 5 adults and we did not feel crowded at all. Owners are quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Thank you!!

Great place, a few steps to the water.

Me and my young boys decided to come to the Ozarks for a mom and son’s trip. We loved our time at the Villa! I got lost on the way in, the owners were so quick to call me and get me back in the right direction! Once we got there we could not have been happier! We spent time at the lake daily and the deck overlooks the lake so we had some great evenings just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thanks again for a wonderful trip! :)

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples and our little chihuahua. Each couple had their own bathroom next to their bedroom which was a plus. They even had dog bowls for our dog. The villa was very clean and exactly like described. It was furnished with everything we needed to cook. The boat slip wasn't very far away and was perfect. We had a 28ft chaparral and it fit perfectly in the slip without getting beat up by the waves. You just have to make sure your boat isn't too tall or take down your bimini top before parking in the slip. We enjoyed the large swim deck too. Everyone in the area was extremely nice to us. We did accidentally use the wrong dumpster, so you'll want to make sure you watch that. We will for sure stay here again.

Great Lake Oasis! Boat dock a huge plus. Swim platform great area to relax. Spacious home that accommodated our entire family. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Definitely would stay again!

Great location nice house well appointed no disappoints

Property was clean and pleasant. Had a nice stay. Walking a dog isn't the easiest, had to drive to the top of the hill each time. Pool was great, neighbors and other owners were very nice. The angled ceilings in the bedroom upstairs and downstairs - need to really watch your head or you'll bump it pretty easily!
