Stayed Jul 26, 2024We had so much fun! Great location! Our favorite place on the lake was Franky and Louis…great spot if you have teenagers. Quiet neighborhood! Brian is extremely responsive! Plan on staying here again next year

Stayed Nov 22, 2023First please understand that anything in the needs improvement column may very well be because it is off season and not the usual mode of operation. First, and most important to us was the beds, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean. The view was pleasant and the neighborhood quiet and safe. We saw several deer just sauntering about. We did have trouble getting in but the host made himself very available to help troubleshoot. Communication was quite good. The attention to detail left a little to be desired but overall a nice stay in a nice lake home.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023First- the cleaner’s husband was a fishing guide as well. Happenstance we ran into him and got the best fishing and lake guide tour we have had in ages. He had the best tips. We even went to his place and we cleaned and fried the fish and brought it back. The house itself is into the hill overlooking the lake. We caught about 15 fish from the small dock but it’s not exactly perfect for bass more of a catfish spot. Obviously If I had my kayak or a boat it would be different. The horses and animals on the way in we’re very friendly and loved carrots. Civilization is a 20 min drive away. Don’t forget anything! The place was updated and well worth the price. Could use alittle better state of repair but the owner was open about the issues. Again you can’t beat what you get for the price!

Stayed Jun 21, 2023This property was PEFECT for our family of 5. Our oldest has a baseball tournament and we decided to make a foly road trip out of it. Location was great. Private and quiet. Close to water. Very friendly neighbors. Wonderful area to walk around with your dog and kids! Brian was AMAZING his place is nice and perfect for what most people should need. It suited us perfectly. Large enough. Clean. Everything worked. It was wonderful. We will be back for sure!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023It was not fully furnished as listed. No table and chairs. No bar stools. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No hand rail on garage stairs. Master bathroom shower was worst we’ve ever had. Lot of improvements needed. Won’t be back.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023We came for the week to do some fishing and was not disappointed. The house was clean and located in a great location. The dock was in walking distance from the house and the fishing was great! We caught several catfish and a few Sunny’s. Our over all vacation was 5 star!!! Thank you Brian. The Marsh family
