Pet Friendly ~ Golf Cart~ Private Patio

The home was clean and as listed. It was a great location. The pet deposit for 2 small dogs was pricey, especially when you cant even take them on the beach in that area. But overall is was a good spot!

The property was very clean, we liked the fenced in back porch area for our dogs. Good: cleanliness, golf cart, location, easy check in/out, beach toys/chairs/umbrella were great.We do about 5 VRBO's/year, this is the first we've stayed at that didn't have a binder (the holy grail of where you're staying), since you're in Sandestin and there's SO much, it would have been nice to have a book to reference for pool locations/access, activities at the Wharf, local recommendations of restaurants/activities, I personally love referencing these and this was not provided. The internet wasn't working during our stay which we thought would be fine but it was a nuissance trying to look up restaurants/local things to do, etc. Usually VRBO's have small things like salt/pepper/spices, coffee filters, etc. on hand, it would've been nice to know ahead of time that these smaller things weren't on hand so we could have included them in our initial grocery order. It's a small thing, I know, so yes I'm being picky but it was just another thing we needed to head back to the store to take care of so it was kind of annoying. Many of the FL VRBO's we've stayed at have things left from previous tennants for cooking, laundry, etc. - it's clear they are removed between stays at this home.

This property was accurately displayed in the photos. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and house was clean. The golf cart was great, didn’t need to use our car. The patio was small, but the host put up fencing for our small dog which was perfect for her!Lovely property!

W stayed here after already staying in August. We loved this exact rental so much we looked for it again. It works so perfectly for our family. Our only complaint is the temperature control in the unit, it's a bit warm for us. But otherwise, excellent.

The positives stay are as follows...the location is great,the ability to bring our dogs a huge plus, the kitchen was well equiped. The negatives were that the floors were filthy when we got there, the back door lock was broken and would not lock, there were no beach towels and we have never rented a condo where they were not available, the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it sounds terrible and very loud, the overall appearance of the condo needs to be updated with paint, and there needs to be outlet available by the beds in the main bedroom.

Great location! Close to highway, 5 minute ride to the beach. My family utilized the golf cart for the majority of time we were on the resort. You CANNOT check in early on your date of reservation because the code does not go active until your start time. One thing that could be done better is providing detailed information on your perks and what amenities the resort has to offer. I had to ask security and staff members where certain things were and had no idea about the pool which was beach side. I have stayed on this resort 3 times and I plan to return again.

This was such a great rental. It was our first time to stay on the wharf side of Sandestin. But we loved it and the golf cart was the best bonus. It gave us a chance to explore and see other areas of Sandestin. The place was clean and everything worked well. I would easily stay there again. Highly recommend!!
