Pet-Friendly Gem Near OSU Expo | Historic Townhome

We only stayed for one night, but this place was such a charming find. It’s an older building, which gave it so much character. Inside, everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and the space had everything we needed, even for a short stay. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it looked well stocked and ready for a longer visit. Overall, a lovely little spot, and we’d be happy to stay again if we’re back in the area!

Great spot to stay as we were visiting Columbus with friends for the UT vs OSU football game. Conveniently located to many bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the Kroger also for supplies if needed. The host communicated well and the home came stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, coffee items, and more. I would definitely recommend!

Great location and very responsive host.

Enjoyed four days with my husband, my son, and my brother. We rented bikes and scooters to travel to and from the Fairgrounds, which was extremely convenient. We enjoyed playing monopoly at the island each morning before jamming out from afternoon to night. Beds were extremely comfortable providing each of us a restful night’s sleep. Place was clean. The small things like toiletries, soap, snacks were greatly appreciated and added a nice touch. Would definitely return.

Easy to park in the back and get in. The kitchen was great to stay in and cook. Close enough to town to be easy.

This place was good for a short stay. The host was great with communication and it came stocked with pretty much anything you may need.As a heads up, it is an older place so some of the stuff is outdated, the shower head is really low and there aren't a ton of outlets.

Conveniently located, comfortable, and pet friendly

We have rented via VRBO 2x now, different properties next door to each other with this owner. the location is good, the houses are nice, parking is good, we will rent again. Only complaint I had about this property was pre-programmed heater blower motor running all day. It should be set in Auto. Was annoying and when not blowing hot air blowing cold air.

At first glance, I wasn’t sure about the neighborhood—it seemed a little rough—but once I stepped inside, all my concerns melted away. The house is an older home with so much character, and it’s been given a modern hippie vibe that feels both cozy and fun. There’s tons of space, cool art everywhere, and even a chalkboard wall that adds a playful touch. What really stood out, though, were the thoughtful amenities. They had everything you could need—shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, and even my personal favorite: French vanilla creamer for my coffee! The host really thought of everything. There were also some snacks waiting for us, which was such a nice surprise—especially for my grandbaby, who was thrilled! This house turned out to be such a cool and comfortable place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and welcoming home away from home.

Convenient location and pet friendly

My wife and son and I stayed here while visiting my daughter over Christmas holiday. This property was a good value and good choice for our visit. While I’m giving it a full rating, there are a few things that could be improved that you should consider about it to tell if it’s right for you:— Bedrooms and bathroom / are upstairs— Stairs are a bit narrow and steep— This is a duplex with shared wall, and you can hear the neighbors— Shower head is pretty short (at my nose level and I’m 6’0”), have to bend down to wash hair / head)— 3 parking spaces are shared between two units— Dishwasher door can’t open fully (blocked by oven)If you can live with these minor issues, then this will be a very good place for you, and it’s a great value.

We came to Columbus for an Ohio State football game and to visit our son. We previously stayed on the other side of this duplex and had a perfect experience there as well. We would definitely recommend staying at either place

My niece was being presented with her white coat for pharmacy school at OSU. After looking for a hotel that would fit everyone’s needs ages 10-77, we decided to try a vrbo. I’m glad we did. The location was central to everything and the property owners were very accommodating. Thank you.

The location was nice with plenty of spots to eat and drink within walking distance. Very close to local freeways to get around. The only complaint was the poor internet/ Wi-Fi connection.

This property was perfect for our family trip. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has a nice balalce of old-house charm and modern convenience. There was also easy access to shopping, food, and parks within easy walking distance.

Everything was wonderful. The House was very clean, good area and quiet. The only disappointment was the backyard was not completely fenced in for my dog.
