What a wonderful experience my family had. From the quiet neighborhood, easy access to the beach, plenty of shopping and wonderful restaurants. Our host was very responsive. Would highly recommend!!

House is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone and our dog. Beds comfy and kitchen has lots of options if you choose to cook in. Perfect location, beach is just a very short golf cart ride away! Nice amenities and appreciated the gated community. Excellent communication, iTrip very easy to work with. We had a wonderful family trip!

I think the property was great overall. But if I had to say anything it would be the cookware needs to be updated.

Plenty of room. Family enjoyed the house. Great location. Golf cart is a must. Will be back.

Great stay. Golf cart was great for trips to the beach. Ice maker was broken, but they delivered ice in a cooler for us. A dresser in each of the bedrooms would be a nice touch but we made do. Thank you!

Fantastic location, short walk to beach and community pool, quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property managers was great. The house was generally comfortable with a good size living area. Screens on the porch were ripped out and a few of the bedroom doors malfunctioned, these minor repairs would improve the quality of the stay. Overall, it was a good choice for our multigenerational family of six adults and two toddlers.

Loved our stay in Destin! This house accommodated us very comfortably, was super close to the beach, and the golf cart was incredibly fun/useful! Highly suggest staying here if you are looking for a relaxing stay in Destin!

We had an amazing time. There was 7 of us and there was more than enough room. The house was wonderful.

We had a wonderful beach vacation at this home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items. Bthe bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the den was large with plenty of seating. The house was just right for my family. We spent lots of time enjoying the pool, beach and family time. The golf cart was a win too. Sarah was fantastic to work with.

Stay was great. House was clean and accommodating We are a group that likes to prepare a few meals when gathering and that was not an option with this house. They have absolutely nothing in the way of basic staple items like spices even no salt and pepper. No foil,baggies etc. limited paper towels, had to ask for dishwasher pods due to just a few. No hand soap anywhere in the house including bathrooms. So thankfully we were able to order some prepared meals from Sarah K’s. Hired a Chef one night who we told ahead of time to bring everything she might need. Another thing is this house had no towels for the pool.The house as stated is good.

We loved our stay, the house is very spacious and the pool was AMAZING!

I had a good experience. They were very quick to respond to questions. I would have preferred to have all disclaimers in advance of reaching the property as opposed to having more documentation to review after arrival. I also think the rugs could have been cleaner. There were minor cosmetic things, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

I want to point out that the house was beautiful and accommodating for our group. We take a yearly trip to Florida (all different parts). It was also apparent that there were some structural issues (cracking foundation and exposed metal in siding). After a few days we realized the pool filter appeared to not be working correctly (this was towards the end of our stay).The neighbor was redoing thru roof (which was extremely LOUD and no fault of the owner of our house). I would just think the neighbor would inform those around as the houses are very close to each other.The rooms are very specious though, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great living area for family movies, and nice dining / cooking space!

Everything was as expected! Very pleased! Only thing noted by me and my friends was lack of storage (shelves or drawers) for smaller items (underwear, socks etc) in the closets. Plenty of hangers which was very appreciated! Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd trip to Destiny East, and we have had 2 wonderful experiences. This was our first stay at Destiny on the Cay and we loved it. Hosts were easy to work with and quick to reapond. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for the 5 adults and 2 kids in our group. We're already looking forward to a return visit!

The house is great overall. Could use a few small repairs on some water damage on the ceilings, other than that, no complaints. Second time staying in Destiny East, great location and amenities.. Itrip was great throughout the process. Even brought us a new grill while we were there. Golf cart is a big bonus.

Very clean rental. very close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Had a blast a look forward to renting again in future!

Home was perfect for our family of 6. The layout worked very nice .. as the grandparents, we loved the bedroom on the first floor with private access to the pool. Beds were very comfortable .. Each of the couples had their own bathroom with walk in showers .. kitchen well supplied .. Pool and patio refreshing in spite of heat index .. Golf cart was an extra convenience .. loved the feeling of safety in the gated community. Exceptional hosts with Sarah and Holly .. very professional and helpful ..

Very clean home. Spacious rooms,especially kitchen, enough for 2 doing the cooking. 3 full bathrooms, a necessity for everyone to get cleaned up after a day at the beach. The cart is excellent for loading up kids and beach needs for a 4 minute ride to the beach. I trip vacations was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions or needs.will visit again .

The house and property were ultra clean with all first class amenities. Great location with beach access within a mile. The A/C's worked great and the whole house was cool/cold, no complaints from anyone. The house felt very spacious with plenty of room for my family of 10. the swimming pool was clean with plenty of loungers for everyone. I will definitely return !!
