Stayed Sep 5, 2025We were in town for a wedding and this was available. It was clean and comfortable for us all. It is pet friendly and we brought our two dogs as well. Super close to the beach and a short drive to town.

Stayed May 1, 2025We really enjoyed staying at this Fernandina Shores condo. It’s close proximity to the beach and the well appointed condo that had everything we needed were two of the reasons that we would stay here again. It is also close to downtown Fernandina Beach and plenty of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and of course cute ice cream places. The best part is that our Cavadoodle Rusty was welcome here! We will definitely be back.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024I've stayed in this complex before, always liked it because it's fairly close to the beach and they have a nice pool. I also like staying in a complex like this because I'm off the road. Be aware that this particular unit is on the main road (Tarpon). It was never a problem, it's not like this is a very busy area anyway, so we had no trouble parking whatsoever (and I'm one of those people that likes to back into the parking space). PROS: The unit was well stocked, with plenty of towels etc for 4 people. Note that the bedrooms are both upstairs and share a bathroom. There is another full bath/laundry room downstairs. Management was very interactive, they even called me back when I did not leave a voice mail. When we arrived I noticed the storm door did not shut properly. However, shortly after we go there, before I even had a chance to call, someone was there to fix it. Check in/check out details were emailed to me prior to arrival, including the entry code to the pool (duh me for missing that the first time). CONS: The a/c is LOUD. I mean, can't hear the TV loud. You get used to it after a day or so though. Generally the place was very clean although the provided blankets did not seem to be. We washed them, took care of that.
