Located in downtown Brainerd, MN, this charming cottage features three cozy bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a warm, inviting living room. The efficient kitchen feels surprisingly spacious, filled with natural light. Compact yet full of character, this cottage is a true gem in the heart of Brainerd.

As you enter the main level, you’ll immediately see the living room and stairs leading to the upper level. The dining room is adjacent to the living room, and a half bathroom is conveniently located nearby. The kitchen features an additional small dining table and connects to the laundry room. From the laundry room, a door leads out to the fenced-in backyard.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the primary bedroom closet. A two-drawer dresser is provided for your convenience

We provide a grill for all guests to enjoy, complete with a supply of gas for your convenience. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

PARKING: Off-street parking is available, or you can park in the back next to the garage in a designated spot marked with a Mighty Home sign. Please note that during winter, parking on streets is prohibited until they have been plowed and cleared of snow.
1. NO SMOKING - Allowed outdoors only. Cigarette butts must be extinguished and disposed of.
2. PETS - MUST BE APPROVED and a $50 non- refundable fee paid. Additional charges apply for any pet-related damage or excessive hair.
3. GUEST LIMIT - The number of guests allowed is 5. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests must be approved by the host.
4. NO PARTIES - No events, parties, or large gatherings allowed.
5. QUIET HOURS - Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
6. WASHER & DRYER - If you use our washer & dryer, kindly remove lint from the dryer filter after each use. Avoid washing heavily soiled items that may damage the appliances or create an inconvenience for subsequent guests.
NOTE: Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees or charges for damages incurred.
7. USE OF AMENITIES - Treat the property and furnishings with respect. Lost or damaged items may result in additional charges
8. TOWELS - We suggest you bring beach towels if you plan to go on the lake. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
9. TRASH - Please keep the trash can in the designated area - next to the garage and facing the alley.

    Comfy cozy cottage in a great location for a family vacation that includes the family dog!We enjoyed time with our two American Eskimo Dogs going to parks and we were able to go to BIR for NHRA races.

    My family and I visited Brainerd, MN for the first time to attend the Lake Area Music Festival where our daughter was performing. The house we chose was excellent and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Brainerd area. First, the hosts, Mark and Heidi were highly communicative and quickly responsive to any questions. Second, the house is completely renovated and immaculately decorated; third the location is fantastic with short walkable access to downtown boutique shops, restaurants, bars, YMCA, the Gichi-Ziibi Center for the Arts, and many walking/biking trails. Our family of four was very comfortable in the property. I highly recommend this property and upon my next visit to Brainerd, this will definitely be our go-to property. Thanks Mark and Heidi for being such tremendous hosts.
