Stayed Oct 23, 2025The house was prefect for our family trip to rockport with 10 of us ranging from 6 to 85. The house itself is very cute and has been updated nicely. The outdoor area was great for watching the longhorn game on Saturday night! The house was clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for four 4-door trucks in the drive. Location is great within 5 minutes to the beach or HEB. Neighborhood was quiet.

Stayed Oct 1, 2025The house was great and everything that it was promoted to be. Great location, plenty or space, fully stocked kitchen, fantastic backyard with covered deck. We even enjoyed making smores by the fire pit. The hosts were available and timely with their communication. They even put together welcome snacks for when you first arrive. First rate!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to others. The location is within walking distance or short drive to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Everything we needed was provided and the overall house was well maintained and clean.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Property was clean and well managed. Close proximity to the beach. Had all the necessities we needed to prepare our meals... User air did not realize the barbecue pit was propane and we brought all our charcoal and supplies which we did not need. Only to plan that the propane tank was empty and it was too late to go get a refill.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Wonderful neighborhood. Beautiful decor. Perfect yard and outdoor area. We were surprised by no body wash, but there was a Walmart close by, so we were fine.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rockport. This cute house was located near grocery store, restaurants, and beach. Family friendly neighborhood. Families strolled streets in the evening.
