Full updated second bath in hall with new vanity and comfort height toilet! New washer & dryer, WiFi Modem in house and new, 43 HDTV. Live tv streaming (same as cable) that you can also used on your laptops around the house. House features a charming, enclosed, in-screened lanai allowing for privacy with a feel of classic old Florida. Large, comfy wicker chairs. Driveway parking. House sits on a manicured lawn on large park-like, double lot with mature shady trees including, tall Pines, huge old oak and a beautiful Palm in front which gives a lot of privacy and shade. Yard is not fenced for pets. Much to do in historic Venice. Downtown is active with shopping, restaurants, great cafe's and nightlife. Famous beaches ten minutes by car. Damage protection Insurance through VRBO is required on all rentals. If you have a pet, the highest insurance plus a refundable security deposit will be required on any rental. Min two week rental off season only. (Seasonal months are considered November through April and rent by the month, not the day) In-season months, entire month will be charged despite when you check in or check out.. Amount of deposit will be determined by landlord and based on number of guests, pets etc.
Payment in full required 90 days before rental.
One dog is preferred. Two pets might be considered providing they are small dogs. Pet waiver, disclosure mandatory. If any type of damages are assessed it will be deducted from initial security deposit as well as a possible claim against the mandatory damage protection insurance.
**Housekeeping charge $150-175 depending on length of stay . Also, please note: THE HOUSE IS NOT SHOWN AND ADDRESS IS NOT GIVEN OUT. Strict cancellation policy. Exceptions made only for emergency or urgent reasons and if over six months in advance of check in. There will be a cancellation fee determined by owner and only providing house can be rented for same amount of stay.
