Great location, next to walkway to the beach. Sunrise views and sunsets on the beach were spectacular. The community pool club and basketball courts were excellent. Our dogs loved the beach too.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Harbor Island. Pelican Pointe was clean and host was easy to contact if needed. Would definitely go back. Wonderful memories made.

Great house overall!!! We were extremely satisfied with the location to the beach and pool. House was really stocked well. Half of the stuff we brought was already there. Family of 4 adults and 4 children 7yo and under.

Great vacation home with close beach access. Ideal home with all the amenities you can think of, beautiful views of the ocean and marsh, very clean with plenty of room for our family of 10. Highly recommend this home and hope to vacation here again in the future.

Fran was amazing and the place is perfect for little ones! The beach is filled with life and things to explore! We had our grand kids 2 & 4 with us. The shore is shallow a LONG LONG way out and was perfect for them to play in. My only regret was not having that glass of wine with Fran! Next time my friend!!

First and foremost Fran is a wonderful host - she was not only very easy to talk with via email but also in person. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I was able to spend with her and her thoughtfulness of a welcome gift to her well appointed home. Everything we needed was available for our use, including but not limited to towels, both bath and beach, linens on all the beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, if they had been needed. Plus the water was very drinkable so we didn't need to purchase any, always a plus in my book. The amenities within the community were wonderful as well, we spent as much time down at the pickleball courts and pool as we did on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, really we couldn't have asked for a better place for our annual family vacation and we certainly will be counting the days until we can return, next year.

Property was in excellent shape. Very clean property. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and casserole dishes. We even baked cookies! Nice kettle grill outside. Quiet neighborhood. Nice views of the beach and marsh. Fran was helpful and check-in was easy. Would consider staying again for a beach trip.

The house was perfect for our vacation with 4 toddlers!!! The location could not have been any better and the house was well stocked with everything. We will definitely rent this house again. The beach area and pool were great for all our littles also.

My family enjoyed our first time staying on Harbor Island. Fran & Dennis really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The unit was full of supplies to make our stay so enjoyable! Kitchen was absolutely best stocked of any rental we have had. We used the Hunting Island Pass Fran made available to enjoy the beach/park a couple days while there. We enjoyed visiting the lighthouse area at Hunting Island which brought back many happy memories of visiting as a teen. Habor Island is a beautiful island that is well maintained and very clean! Traffic was almost none existent once in the gate. Such a wonderful time of making memories with family! Would definitely recommend Pelican Point for a fantastic vacation spot!

Perfect location for laid-back beach lovers! House is right beside the sidewalk to the beach! Within walking distance to the pool! Fantastic view of beach from upstairs bedroom and you can watch the sun come up from both beach-fronted bedrooms! Very nice house with plenty of room! Host supplies plenty of beach supplies - towels, toys, floats, etc. Kitchen has great abundance of any kind of cooking utensil/appliance you may need! Our host, Fran, was immediately attentive to a small snafu in the kitchen and issue was resolved within just a couple of hours. Thanks, Fran! Surf is a bit too calm for older kids, but a pass is supplied for Hunting Island which is only a 5 minute drive down the coast. Plenty of waves there! Lovely area. Great house!

We had a very nice stay with the family and grand kids (1, 2 years old). The beach was quite calm so it was easy for the little girls. The house was very well appointed. It had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The kitchen was extremely well supplied and the appliances were in great shape. Very nice refrigerator. All the furniture was in great shape. Two things that I found most helpful were: 1. the house itself was quite clean and free from the usual accumulation of rental property dust (no issues with allergies amongst us), and 2. the beds were in great shape (no sagging mattresses so we all slept great). Thanks for a great time.

We have been coming to Beaufort for 3-4 years. This has been the best vacation we have had staying at this home. Fran is a super host. She has everything you need. All you have to bring is your clothes and food. The house was very clean and spacious. Our grandkids enjoyed all the games and beach toys that she provided. I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed renting this home from Fran. She is only a phone call away and willing to help in anyway she can. I give this home a 5+ star rating.
