Pet-Friendly Amelia Island Home ~ 1 Mi to Beach!

This is a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets. The house is on a corner with a busier local road, so there is some noise from that during the day, but not at night. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including bikes. I used the yellow lady's beach cruiser to ride to and on the nearby Egan's Creek Greenway trail.

Fine. As we expected

We did not have a lot of contact with the host. However, the home was completely stocked with everything we needed or wanted. Beach chairs, bikes, charcoal grille, etc.

We wanted a quiet vacation time in Amelia and found this lovely property. It was so well stocked and easy to get to. Super close to anything you want to do locally. Great visit!

Very clean and plenty of household supplies. Great location - quick ride to town or beach. Host was quick to answer any questions.

Everything was terrific-the location, the yard, the screened in back porch, the fully stocked kitchen, three tasteful bedrooms and two full baths..;.it had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and made sure to stay in contact with us. Highly recommend!

So I have good and bad to comment about: Good: Home was clean, floor plan good, good yard for dogs, lot of supplies. Bad: extreme use of Fabreze Lavender spray, scented candles, scented shampoo, scented laundry detergent, towels and face cloths to smelly to use. Fragrance smell was overbearing to the point we only stayed one night of a four night stay. We could not breathe in there, Really ruined our weekend. we have stayed at VRBO homes and condos for twenty years and never had one like this No shower pressure, bathrooms poorly lit, they had skylights but showering at night was tough. We were extremely disappointed in this rental.

Our family enjoyed this centrally located home close the beach, food, and fun. It made our trip so enjoyable. The host even had bikes for strolls in the neighborhood and beach toys for play. Thank you again for allowing our pup to enjoy this much needed time away! We can’t wait to come back!

The location was quiet but convenient to everything. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was well furnished and decorated. The owner had taken pains to cover the little extras and attention to detail for a perfect stay. The owner was friendly and helpful with my questions. I would not stay anywhere else the next time i visit amelia island.

The house was centrally located giving quick access to the beach or restaurants and shopping. Had a great fenced backyard for our little dog- The house was really well furnished with supplies especially towels- Enjoyed the 4 bikesA real nice, cozy home- would easily rent again. The host, Glenda, was great from the git-go- excellent comunication?

Beautifully kept house in great area of town by Egans Creek. Great neighbors. The house perfect to bring your furry friends. Rooms were nice size. Kitchen well appointed. TVs were great. Contact with host was awesome. Check in and out seamless. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again. Price very fair for all you are getting
