• Proximity to Beaches and Shops: Guests love being just a short walk from Torquay’s surf and front beaches, as well as the vibrant café and shopping precinct. We barely used our car during our stay because everything we needed was within walking distance. -shared a guest.

• Second Living Area: A bonus second lounge with a foosball table and TV (plus DVD player) offers a great space for kids to play. The kids loved having their own area to hang out in, and the foosball table was a big hit.



KITCHEN DELIGHTS:



• Well-Equipped for Families: The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including children’s crockery and a coffee pod machine for your morning brew. We enjoyed cooking meals together, and the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. -commented a guest.

• Bright Breakfast Nook: The breakfast bar with six stools is a favourite spot for morning meals, especially for the kids! We loved having breakfast at the bar each morning, with plenty of room for everyone.

• Convenient and Functional: Guests appreciate the thoughtful layout and easy access to the BBQ area. One guest shared, The kitchen’s layout made it easy to prepare meals, and we loved being able to grill outside.

• Comfortable Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are spacious, with hotel-quality bath towels and linens ensuring a good night’s sleep. Just BYO beach towels. “The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms had plenty of space for our luggage.

• Private Master Suite: The master bedroom with Queen bed and an ensuite offers privacy and comfort. We loved having our own bathroom in the master suite—it felt like a hotel stay! -said a guest.

• Family-Friendly Setup: The third bedroom with a Queen bed and Single bunks is perfect for families. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the extra space. A highchair and portacot are also available, please BYO cot sheets/blankets.

• Bathrooms: The family bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet, while the master ensuite has a shower, vanity, and toilet.



OUTDOOR DELIGHTS:



• Private Courtyard: The north-facing courtyard is perfect for outdoor dining, with a BBQ and seating area. We enjoyed BBQ dinners outside in the private courtyard—it was a lovely way to end our days.

• Pet-Friendly Yard: The fully enclosed yard is ideal for pets and children to play safely. Our dog loved having space to run around, and we felt secure knowing it was fully fenced.

• Sunny Outdoor Space: The courtyard’s sunny aspect makes it a great spot to relax. The courtyard was our favourite spot for morning coffee, with sunshine streaming in.

• Modern Amenities: The home is equipped with WiFi, Smart TV, ducted heating, and air conditioning for your convenience. We appreciated having fast WiFi and a Smart TV for streaming movies in the evening. -a guest commented.

• Laundry: For your convenience, the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for longer stays.

• Ample Parking: On-street and off-street parking are available, including a garage, making it easy to come and go, as noted by this guest, “Parking was a breeze, and we loved not having to worry about finding a spot.

• Walkable Location: Just a short walk only 500 metres to the beach, main street shops, and cafes, the location is unbeatable. The best fish and chips shop is across the road! We loved being able to walk everywhere—no need to drive!

• Close to Surf Coast Attractions: Explore the Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road from this central base. The home’s location is perfect for those looking to explore Torquay’s famous surf spots like Bells Beach, with the added bonus of being close to the action while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect for exploring Torquay and the surrounding area.

• Family-Friendly Area: The nearby parks, playgrounds, and sporting grounds are ideal for families. Our kids loved the nearby parks, and we enjoyed walks to the beach every day.

Closest train station 30km away for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. 

Torquay is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
