Pet Friendly - 3/2 Single Family Home 1 mile from Beach!!!

Exactly as advertised. Stayed a week in April with wife, two adult children and pups. The check in and check out process was very simple and efficient. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, both driving and walking distance to beach and town center. It was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. I had to do some work, the desk in the front living room was helpful. Dogs really enjoyed the backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Patrick was awesome. He made everything easy. If we fotgot something it was there for us. loved the fenced in yard. Very pet friendly.our hist gave us lots of fun things to do.Great to have washer and dryer. 3 coffee makers.

Terrific location! Great access to beaches, Egan's Creek trails, dog park, downtown FB, and for walking our pup right out of the door onto Jasmine. Kitchen well supplied with equipment. Big tub in master bath was wonderful. Den area turned into a great sewing room. Altogether a great stay.

Patrick is great! We are looking at moving to Florida in the future so he took us around to look at possible homes and investment properties. The house we stayed at was absolutely perfect too.

My whole family (5 of us) felt comfortable and safe. The house was stocked with all the necessary essentials and a few extras too! Conveniently located to beach , shopping and all the fun things to do. Located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. I highly recommend staying here as Patrick is a most excellent host!

Great home for family! The driveway was a little smaller than we are used to, and we are not used to neighbors, but the house was great for us and our pups. We loved the fenced yard and the space in the house was amazing.The amenities were a surprise but appreciated.

Very well set up house. They planned for you to have everything you need here. Super comfortable beds, easy access to the property. We had a great stay!

very clean, quiet neighborhood, good amenities, 1 mile to beach was a little bummer but not a big deal, overall, very pleased with our stay, only one drawback k-pod machine didn't work.

Communication with the host was excellent! Check in was no problem The house was as described with a big fenced yard for the dogs in a local residential neighborhood . We ran into an issue with the air conditioning and the owner had the ac repair fellow out there three times on a Saturday to get it resolved. Although we were inconvenienced by this technical issue I found the owner to be empathetic and understanding and would definitely rent here another time in the future

Older home. Master king bed is old, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Beds all had dust and dead cockroaches under them. Killed 5 cockroaches while staying there 3 weeks.

Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Great central location in quiet neighborhood, close to beaches and downtown Fernandino Beach.

This house was perfect for our family, super quiet neighborhood, great backyard space for our small puppy! Beach chairs were included! There was a perfect beach access point down from the house, it is a bit of a walk so we opted to drive and park! Great stay!

The property owner was very helpful and they had everything you would need for a stay. The property is quite dated and needs updating and the backyard needs some work. The house was clean, so no issues there, but updates to kitchen, backyard, lighting inside and out back is needed for sure.

Would stay here again. Great space for parents3 preteens/teens. The biggest draw was being able to bring our dogs to a fully fenced in backyard. We didnt take our dogs on the beach...just worry about them while gone. There were dog towels and an outdoor hose to wash them if ee did

When we arrived the code did not work to get in but Patrick did answer right away and did give us a new code to get in. After driving a long way we found the house had not been cleaned so we called Patrick again and he asked us if we could please get dinner and he would make sure the home was immediately cleaned professionally. He did compensate us right away for the inconvenience. He kept in contact with us with updates. When we returned the house looked great and even smelled clean. We would stay here again.Nn

We enjoyed our stay and the location was awesome. The house was spacious and the fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. The two car garage was perfect for our 65 GTO that we brought down for a car show. We could walk to the beach and nature trails. Super close to downtown.

We felt like we were home with all the supplies provided in the home. The backyard was what made the stay so great by being able to let our dog out to enjoy. The host was very caring to provide whatever we needed quickly. The location was great being equal distance to town, the beach or shopping.

The property was as shown on VRBO. Good location to walk or bike, easy access to nature trails or the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great. Our dog loved the fence in yard.

This whole house is a very good option, overall a great stay, absolutely no issues with property. Great convenience in the location. Our dogs loved it as well! The Europa Delicatessen behind the house in the strip mall was the best find this time in Fernandina, the best selections of fresh sliced meat and cheeses from all over Europe!

We came up to Fernandina for Dickens on Centre and found this cute place to stay so we didn’t have to drive far. It’s very convenient to shopping, the beach and downtown Fernandina.

The house was nice. We had a really good time. We had everything we needed as far as dishes, appliances, etc. The only thing I would like to say is that the light switch that turns on the light in the kitchen if you flip it up or flip it down it stays on. In order to turn it off we had to get it to center between up and down. You may want to have the electrical checked out. Also, one of the girls tripped on the cracked sidewalk and that could cause a problem for you somewhere down the line. Other than that, we had a great time and we would come back.

We enjoyed staying at this home. It had everything we needed. All supplies were well stocked and the beach chairs and towels were a plus! The beds were all comfortable according to my family. The fenced back yard was perfect since we traveled with our pups. The beach was a short drive up the road and downtown was within minutes of the home. The owner was great at communicating with me. Wonderful stay.

All was great after we got in . Could have been a mess had the neighbors not been home the code had not been changed to the one I received on my text … other than that everything was wonderful..
