️PET FRIENDLY 3-bedroom house, minutes from Beach,Heated Pool

This was the perfect place for our family. The home was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The heated pool was amazing. They had everything you needed, towels, beach chairs, toys, games. Our host, Damian was kind, quick to respond to my questions, and made everything very easy. We felt so welcome and would love to return!

House was like being home in TN; very clean and well stocked with everything you would need!! Beds were comfortable, couches were cozy, kitchen well equipped to cook, pool was clean and relaxing, tons of beach towels, beach chairs, and even surprised by the dart board and game table in the garage. Less than 10min drive over to Venice Pier to enjoy the beach; free parking! Found our first Megladon tooth this trip! We will be back to stay again next year! Thank you for hosting such a great home!

Located close to everything. It seemed like all of Venice was around 7 minutes away. The pool was very nice and refreshing.

Absolutely incredible!!!! Nokomis beach is perfect!! The house was wonderful and very close to everything!! Quiet neighborhood.

Very clean and only 15 minutes to downtown Venice.

This house has been nicely renovated and very well maintained. Ample space for 5 adults and a dog. Pool and outdoor space was perfect. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Damian the host was very helpful and promptly responded with any questions we had.

Everything was 'as-advertised', even exceeded expectations. Was a great place to just relax, pool was great, even made a couple of burgers on the grille. Place had everything. Was close to everything Venice had to offer. Damian was awesome with comunications. Answered all questions within minutes. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This is a great little spot. We really enjoyed the house and the back lanai. The house was clean when we arrived and we had no issues getting into the house with the instructions. We will stay there again if we are in Venice for another event!

I lost my husband this past October, it has been been the hardest few months for my son(15) and myself. I booked this place because it was a nice place for my sister, her husband, his service animal and my niece to spend time together. The last time my son and I were with family the US navy handed me a flag. It was nice to be able to have a peaceful calm get together. The property was close to everything. Clean, fully stocked and well maintained. The property management responded to my messages very quickly and fixed my issue with my booking that i did which i appreciated so much because it was very emotional for me. Thank you for everything ❤️

The home was beautiful. Great location. Close to several beaches. Property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall I would stay in this home again.

The house is nice and the location couldnt be better. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a few issues with what we got with this house versus the money we paid to stay. We did have a great vacation. The issues are as follows Propane for grill was empty/grill uncleaned AC would not keep up no matter what, one of the rooms never got below 80 degrees The walk in master shower didn’t drain and we had to use the tub shower the whole time Minimal issues in the grand scheme but probably wouldn’t pay top dollar to stay here again
