Stayed Mar 28, 2025This cute house is in the perfect location, the parking situation was a bit difficult to figure out due to this house being a duplex. This house was the absolute perfect spot for our quick weekend in Sioux Falls

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Close to race, restaurants and stores easy to get to. House clean and ready for our stay. It was nice to have a garage too. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owners.

Stayed Nov 15, 2023Property was clean and quiet. We were there for a swim meet at Midco and it was the perfect location to walk back and forth between sessions. Lots of restaurants and stores within a ten minute drive. We did have to ask for the lockbox code the day of check in but the owner responded quickly. They had a few snacks and bottled water for our use which was a nice touch. It had everything we needed for our stay. Having a clothes dryer to help dry our swimmers wet towels was convenient too. Wi-Fi connection was really good. King sized bed was firm but comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we are in Sioux Falls in the future.

Stayed Oct 6, 2022Nice clean home. Everything we wanted to do was within 1-6 miles away. We were out there for a concert at the Denny Sanford Stadium. Once we left the stadium and got to our car, it was less than 10 minutes even dealing with traffic back to the home. It is a busy street but we found the area to be very quiet.

Stayed Feb 17, 2022Central location, responsive hosts. House is on busy road so backing out of driveway a bit interesting at times; backyard photos slightly misleading because not accessible except by walking around entire house. Firm king and med-firm queen. Older home with fe updates but perfectly adequate for a quick stay and location is ideal for exploring the city.
