Perkins Cove Retreat Steps to Marginal Way

we enjoyed the comfort of the house, the location was perfect. we’re a group of friends from school that do a few get away weekends a year and definitely would go back.

House is so comfortable. Has all the amenities needed. Great location. Host was very responsive. Looking forward to next year!

This house was even nicer than depicted! 3 floors of generous space, 2 outdoor decks, and a location to beat all others! Scott is a super host and great communicator. This property can’t be beat!

This was our second time staying in this house, and again it was perfect for our group of 8. Within walking distance to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit downtown. House had everything we needed. Scott was great and answered all questions quickly.

The lock box setup is awkward. better just to have a couple sets of keys. Kitchen is fine.

The house is beautiful and spacious and the location is perfect for walking the Marginal Way, visiting Perkins Cove and heading into town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with. Great property and location!!

My friends and I came up for a girls' weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The house was really clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay. We loved how close everything was; no more than 20 minutes to all the fun things downtown Ogunquit has to offer. Scott was really easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

We had a girls weekend get-away for a 50th birthday. We were in walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as great walking just for fitness. The house was perfect for entertaining and socializing. We all had a wonderful time!

This was our third year staying in this beautiful home; we keep coming back because it is clean, has plenty of space for our group to sit down together for meals, and the hosts always make us feel welcome. There is plenty of parking and you cant beat the location!

We had another great stay at Scott’s house. It is the perfect house to spread out and enjoy a stay in the heart of all that Ogunquit has to offer. Scott is immediately available for any concerns you may have. We had a wonderful time walking the marginal way, visiting local shops and eating at the local restaurants. All within walking distance for us!

Scott & Linda offer a superb property for your oceanside stay. The home was clean, well appointed and welcoming. Communication with Scott was clear, friendly and very helpful. Check in was flawless. Aside from the obvious attractions to this home, Scott & Linda are people who truly care about their home, the care of it and the comfort of their guests. Scott was instrumental in offering thoughts about where to dine and places to see. I would highly recommned this home, though I hate to see it booked to the point where I may not be able to book it for myself :) Enjoy your stay by the sea.

Apartment was fine except the listing on VRBO did not specify that NO linens (sheets, towels) were NOT provided. This is not good as we traveled from Florida to ME to stay with our family and the owner informed me (on my call to him) that sheets, towels were not provided. Were we expected to provide these items from FL when we visited for a few days. Good thing was we talked to owner a few days before our departure from FL. This coud have been a disaster if we didn'y have relatives in the vacinity. I future we will not stay in VRBO property that does not provide sheets and towels.

We had a wonderful time in Ogunquit. Scott was a wonderful host and quick to respond when needed. The house is lovely and in a great location! We would recommend this property to everyone and are hoping we can return in the future!

We had visited the area several times before and fell in love. Decided to stay for a weeks vacation. I was so happy to find Scott’s house on VRBO. It was great! Good size for our adult family of 6. The location could not have been better! We just walked every where. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. There was no AC in the first floor bedroom, so we had a fan set up. It did get a little warm; an AC would have been great. I did have to go to the laundromat once also as there is no washer and dryer. Other than that- this place was great!

Superb location within steps to Perkins Cove shops and daily walks on beautiful Marginal Way. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Scott helped in every way as we dealt with unusually warm weather for a couple of days.
