Perfect weekend rental! Sleeps 10!

Perfect home to stay in for game day. Great location and enough space for all 8 of us.

Amy is a wonderful host. Her house was clean and easy to find, plus plenty of parking! We had 4 families, and 4 cars. She was super easy to reach - great communication. If you’re thinking, is this house far from everything or out of the way, it is not. I would stay here again.

The property was adorable and accurately described in the listing. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was GREAT!!!Host was quick to answer questions and give check-in instructions. Also, there was a welcome basket filled with water and goodies. It was amazing!

Amy was a wonderful host. The house was perfect for our weekend ball game trip. The little snack baskets were a nice treat for us as well. The house is located in the perfect spot for getting in and out of Oxford. And ……. Don’t for get to have a cocktail or morning coffee on that amazing back porch.

Great space for a family. Would have liked a common shower for those staying in the bonus room but we just shared--so it was fine. Parking lot is awesome for many cars (which we had due to family coming from different states).

Amy’s house is the perfect game weekend home! Maybe 10 min to the campus. Room for multiple families and bathrooms in every bedroom. Kitchen is small but we still had ample room for a Thanksgiving spread. HUGE lift area with two twin beds, sofa, tv, and plenty of room for air mattresses (which she has). Wonderful, secluded back porch with huge sofa, tv, heaters, and a fire pit. Amy was so sweet to leave goody baskets, bottled water, and even travel sized toiletries in case you forgot something. She also messaged us to give us a couple of extra hours to check out. Great home. Perfect hostess. Will stay again!

The home was as advertised. Great floorplan for a larger group The location is not too far from the Square and the Grove.

We enjoyed the property very much! We basically had 4 sets of families staying and each had private quarters, so it worked out great! The kitchen was well stocked. Keep in mind this is someone’s house they loved out of for the weekend - so their food is still in the fridge :). But the host was great! And we had no problems during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Nice home! Nice outdoor space in the morning! Close enough to town but able to avoid a lot of traffic.
