This waterfront home is designed with the family in mind. There are wonderful views from the kitchen and living room, and just wait until you get outside. There is a covered patio right off the house and another concrete patio closer to the water that has numerous Adirondack chairs, fire pit, kayaks and a hammock.

Stayed Aug 18, 2022Second time staying at this property. Great house, great location, waterfront area is so nice and easily accessible. Able to use jet skis in water near property. House was nice, clean and comfortable. The yard is amazing and so is the porch. We will be back next summer.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022This was our 3rd year spending time at the Sager lakehouse in late July and we’ve had 3 wonderful trips. The owners are thoughtful, communicative and kind. We love this house. From breakfast on the deck to s’mores on the fire, we want for nothing when we’re here. Our 5yr old loves the bunk beds, the kitchen has every item one could need, the kayaks are awesome, the living room is great for movies and the list goes on. From board games with our kiddo in the morning to late night ping pong matches when she’s fast asleep (it’s a separate dwelling so she can’t hear me celebrate all my victories yet I can hear her on the monitor. Win/win!), the game room kept us busy at all hours! We love that there’s a little private beach just for us, we’re a quick drive to groceries and all restaurants yet we feel so far away! We drove back to the lakehouse from town at about 10 miles an hour one evening and saw about 50 deer! It was a truly relaxing getaway that we so look forward to every year. The owners have thought of everything and we are so very grateful. We can’t wait to go back!

Stayed Oct 6, 2021We had a great time enjoying the water views, kayaking, and watching the wildlife. The water outside the cabin is pretty shallow (2 feet or less) which kept boat and jet ski traffic light. The cabin was well equipped and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Local restaurants were nice and the drive over to Marble Falls is easy. Great stay overall!
