Our lakehouse is on a quiet lane, right down the treelined drive from the bike path into Rome City where you can find Pizza at Pepperoni's Pizza, Ice Cream at Sundaes on Sylvan, or an afternoon of wine tasting at Sylvan Cellars or Country Heritage Winery. We are also a short walk to Lickity Splitz Ice Cream and Coffee Shop for a fun breakfast or lunch outing.

The main level of this 3500 square foot house includes a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of counter and pantry space. The kitchen opens to a large dining area to accommodate family gathering for mealtimes. Expansive views of the lake from the kitchen and dining area so you never miss the sunrise and sunset over the lake. Relax in the cozy lakeside living area with game table and 6 stools, 65 tv, plenty of seating and wall to wall glass windows and doors with easy access to the lakeside patio. Fabulous lake views from the entire kitchen and living area. A full bathroom is attached to the kitchen for easy access from the lake.
Enjoy mealtime or relaxing on multiple patios with 2 outdoor dining tables, fire pit, and adirondack chairs. Gas grill located right outside the kitchen.

Bedroom #1: King bed, TV, sitting area, attached private full bathroom, ample closet space, and direct upper balcony access.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, TV, attached full bathroom(shared bathroom opening to the hallway), closet, and direct upper balcony access.

ALL BEDROOMS ARE LOCATED UPSTAIRS. There are also exterior steps. Please be aware that this property is not handicap accessible due to steps.

Our dock is available to use and is in the water seasonally, May through October.
