Gorgeous Southampton retreat just a short distance to the water. Spend your morning walking the neighborhood, soaking up the sun, and taking in the water views while walking to Far Pond or Middle Pond. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sunshine poolside while enjoying the grill and barbecue or drive to Coopers Beach, just 10 minutes away. Feeling lazy, grab a bike, explore the neighborhood, or discover Southampton Village, which is just a short ride away.

The house is a beautifullyappointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom (2 Primary Bedrooms), large kitchen and large dining room for entertaining up to 8 guests. The upstairs primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and king-size bed overlooking the front of the property. The bedroom enjoys magnificent sunlight in the mornings and a water view of the pond. On the main floor, you'll find a second primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and king-size bed looking out at the pool. Two additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the second with twin beds, share the third bathroom. Large family room with modern furnishings and a gas-powered fireplace for those cool evenings overlooks the backyard and pool.

If you feel like staying in for the night, enjoy a nice home-cooked meal relaxing on the countertop overlooking the living room while you turn up the heat in the wood fireplace. For a formal setting, use the dining room on our fabulous reclaimed wood table, which sits 8.
