Stayed Jun 10, 2018We just returned from a wonderful weeks’ vacation stay at Annette and Bill’s home. The place is immaculate yet cozy, warm and inviting the moment you walk in. Bedrooms are spacious, plenty of closet and dresser space, beds are super comfortable. My wife and I shared the master suite bathroom, our two boys (15 & 20) each had their own full bathrooms as well. Kitchen is modern and very well stocked with all food and cooking essentials. Must make a point of saying that my wife and I are both professional chefs and were both shocked at the quality of the knives and kitchen equipment provided (better than our house!). Downtown Southampton is very close and filled with many great restaurants and shops. Bill and Annette have also provided not a Little Red Book, but a Large Red Book filled with restaurant menus including their personal favorites. The home is also in a perfect spot to explore the rest of the South Fork including Montauk, Sag Harbor and all the Hamptons. Hint- Use Waze or Google Map directions to avoid traffic on the one main highway, you will get to explore the back roads of the Hamptons which are as beautiful as the beaches.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I've stayed at Annette and Bill's home twice now and would give 6 stars if I could! Their home is always spotless upon arrival and has all the comforts of home while on the road. I am often in town for work so my needs are: consistent wifi, parking, laundry, super comfortable beds and plenty of fresh towels and linens. They always leave odds and ends so I'm not hustling for toilet paper and basic cooking necessities upon arrival. Basics aside, the house is centrally located, walking distance to Southampton Village, gorgeous parks, shopping and of course - breathtaking real estate. I have yet to have an issue with the property, but every time I need a favor (receiving a package, restaurant recommendations, anything) they respond to texts promptly and are always available. This home has a great dining/entertaining kitchen space, quiet backyard space with a BBQ and plenty of parking. Ride your bike to the beach and enjoy the incredible Hamptons sunsets - and hop in the car to enjoy vineyards, dining and shopping in the surrounding Hamptons neighborhoods. Annette and Bill's home is my home away from home when I visit the Hamptons!

Stayed Aug 19, 2016My group of 6 had a wonderful stay in Annette and Bill's beautiful home. The photographs on the website don't even do justice to how pleasant a home it really is. It was clean, comfortable and bright with lovely communal space and spacious bedrooms (I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was the nicest I have slept in for years!) The patio is a lovely place to sit and socialise outside, and the kitchen is decked out with all necessary amenities, allowing for gorgeous group dinners every evening. Location was also brilliant - it took us about 5-10 minutes to cycle into town and 15-20 minutes to cycle to the beach. There are supermarkets all within a short cycle or walk, and the 7/11 just across the road was great for emergencies! The house is just off a main road, but the sound of traffic was never an issue. In fact when in the house you could barely hear a thing - very peaceful. Annette and Bill were on hand throughout the trip if we had any questions or worries, and I would absolutely recommend this space to friends and family. Thank you so much for your generosity in letting us stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family had a great week at this house! Location is close enough to town that you can walk, and only a 3 mile drive to flying point beach. The home itself is immaculate. Beautiful kitchen for gathering and having 3 full baths was a bonus with teenagers! Also liked the big laundry room right off the kitchen. The house is well equipped Bill and Annette have thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our first time in the Hamptons, so we didn't really know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised when we first entered the house. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 small children, and we rented the house for a full week. The cottage is very comfortable and can easily fit up to 6 adults. It is fully stacked with anything you might need, from pots and pans to laundry detergent, VERY clean and well-tended, all of the appliances are new and the owners did an amazing job decorating the house. Despite its size and newness, the cottage is reasonably priced. It's also a short driving distance to Downtown and all major ocean and bay beaches. There are few organic farms and fish markets in the area, a children's museum, Parrish Art Museum for those interested, although one would have to drive to get to any of these places. The only drawback is the lack of a backyard. If you are looking for a house with a vast backyard and a deck area, this may not be for you. It was perfect for us though. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Annette's house to other families. Look forward to coming back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969After a stressful couple of weeks in the city, my best friend and I got the perfect vacation getaway. The house is definitely more than enough for two, you can comfortably fit 4-6 people. The beds are awesome and there's cable. Wasn't really looking for a party weekend so this house was definitely what we were looking for.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a very nice house, with a huge chef's kitchen, two sitting areas and large bedrooms. There are three full bathrooms and a full laundry room. It appears to be professionally cleaned before each arrival. It is on Hampton Street, which is close to Southampton Village. You could walk to the Southampton train station from the house. It is within the uber pickup zone. The owner, Annette, is very nice and easy to reach. While it is close to a main road, noise does not seem to be an issue, even on very busy weekends.
