Stayed Nov 14, 2025Communication about rental, entry, exit was prompt and efficient. Loved every minute of our 4 month stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood and impressive view of the Santa Rita mountains. Kitchen has all the comforts of home. Thanks for making winter 25/26 so enjoyable!

Stayed Feb 4, 2025Our VRBO was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and convenient location! Many restaurants and stores very close; also many golf courses which was our main reason for coming there. The house was very well stocked with amenities. Only downside was no pool on the property, it was within walking distance but you have to spend a bit of money to join a GVR which gives you access to the pool and other centers in the area for activities. Our hosts were great, super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Stayed 3 weeks in February 2025. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jan 6, 2025We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Green Valley. The location of the property was convenient, making traveling plans in the area for hiking or shopping trips easy. The townhouse itself is tucked away in a cul de sac that promotes a feeling of safety. It was a perfect size and easy to take care of.

Stayed Nov 1, 2023As advertised. Clean and spacious 2 bedroom 2 baths in a 55+ y,o, community. Stayed 5 weeks had a pass to the GVR (Green River Rec) facilities for an extra $50 for 5 weeks. Very conveniently located for necessities. Neighbors really got into the Christmas in the desert theme with decorated cacti and the like. The water in AZ is very hard so could use a reverse osmosis filtration system. That's my only criticism. Owners were great to work with; very responsive to all inquiries.
