Perfect for family relaxing vacations

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for family getaways. The host was top tier in service and very easy to get in contact with.

House was beautiful, host was great and very communicative.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as relaxing as we had hoped. The host was overly involved, monitoring the external cameras frequently and messaging us throughout our stay to comment on things like keeping doors closed and questioning how many guests were at the property - even if most were small children or infants. There were also several issues with the amenities and accuracy of the listing. There was no hot water after 15 mins each day (and we didn't want to deal with contacting the host anymore) during our stay, and the washer/dryer was for guests staying the entire week—something not mentioned upfront. The bed count in the rooms was listed inaccurately, and the host changed the listing details after we booked, which felt misleading.On top of that, the house wasn’t as clean as expected—there was visible dust on several surfaces and a few spiders inside. While the location may be nice, the lack of privacy and misleading details made our stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless these issues are addressed.

This is a lovely, spacious brand new home in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The photos are accurate. The back yard area with large patio and table are very nice. However, there were several issues during our stay. The garage is locked, the owner stores a car in the garage, and the washer/dryer are in the garage. The host can open the garage remotely, but when we asked to use the washer, he wrote that it was tricky to use, so we didn't try. Thus, the garage and washer/dryer that appear in the listing are virtually unusable. The sheets on one of the beds had not been changed (they were gritty and had hair on them) and the sink in another bathroom had not been cleaned. The owner was responsive and changed the sheets the day we contacted him. But the first night one of us had to sleep in a trundle bed that wasn't made. When we first arrived at the house, we saw three pairs of sandals on the back patio near the door which made us think someone was in the house. When contacted, the owner said that he left them there with no offer to move or collect them. Each bedroom has just one bed in it, not two as shown on the listing. There were no instructions for accessing the WiFi or checkout procedures. When contacted, the host texted us the WiFi password and checkout instructions. The A/C was set at 77 when we left, but we forgot to turn it off. The host both called and texted us to scold us for not turning off the A/C and asking if we had done the other checkout procedures.
