Perfect for Families & Groups - Safe & Near Everything! w/Playground & Parking

The property was great for our family. Close to everything that we wanted to do! The host was fantastic with communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if back in the St Louis area!

Perfect place for a multi-family vacation! We had 3 families across both houses. Kids ranging from 4-11. The backyard was perfect to entertain the kids while we made a relaxing dinner after a long day of site seeing. Coffee store (great croissants!) and donut shop within a 3 min walk in the mornings.We all slept great--comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and white noise machines did the trick!The owner bought a collapsible wagon just for our visit. It was a lifesaver with 4/5 y o at the Botanical Garden and the Zoo.3 convenient parking spaces. Easy check in. Not much to do in checkout (throw towels in the washer and put trash in the dumpster).Great communication with the owner before and during our stay. Can't think of a complaint! Highly recommend!

This location was perfect! It is close to major attractions like the St. Louis Zoo, The Science Center, Missouri Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park, Forrest Park and so much more.Our family LOVED it! The play area out back was amazing!

Was perfect for our two families with two kids each and extra room for grandparents. All the little amenities were there. The layout was upstairs apartment and downstairs apartment with a side entrance so as not to disturb anyone. Also very kid safe with the stairwell locked doors and gates preventing stair access by little ones.

The home was well-equipped with anything we needed. The location is perfect. We had access to all the classic STL stops. We were planning a party at a restaurant on the hill, so the location was very convenient for that as well.

Great location! Home was super clean and comfortable. Host was unbelievably helpful and responsive. Had everything we needed and then some. Will definitely return!

Super clean, GREAT hosts, Perfect location!The house was perfect for the two families in our group. We had lots of space, the games and outdoor play area were a hit with the kids, and communication/recommendations from the hosts was exceptional. It is a convenient location central to many St. Louis stops and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly. We had a small issue at check in but the hosts responded and addressed the issue immediately so it did not impact any of our stay. So glad we found this gem!

The house was exactly as we expected with the exception of a better than expected book selection. The location was great the house was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again if the need to would to arise.

It was an excellent set up to host our family. Lovely home and room for everyone. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

The house is perfect for families with kids with plenty of toys, games, space even the backyard is set up for fun. The weather for our stay was mostly in the 30-40s Fahrenheit and yet the kids played out back for hours!

Great place to stay with family/young kids! We stayed with friends and had 6 kids under 5 in the space and felt there was enough room for playing together or having some quiet solo time. There are plenty of toys and great play area in the backyard. Lots of kid-friendly dishes and space to eat as well. Convenient location to many St. Louis spots. Sara was responsive and both before and during our stay

This property was absolutely PERFECT! Eleven of us celebrated my wife's 60th Birthday over Labor Day Weekend. Lots of space, and very comfortable. Plenty of room when you rent both condos. The playground set in the backyard was a hit with our 3 granddaughters. And the location was perfect.

We were a group of 12 (6 kiddos) and the location housed us well. Booked because of proximity to sites we wanted to see and it was perfect! So close to everything! Host was quick to respond to questions and issues we encountered. If you’re looking for older unit with character, this fits that bill. Kitchens are stocked well, but we felt seating areas were not very comfortable.

It accommodated the 15 of us pretty well. The back bedroom on the main floor did get rather warm, though. A fan was purchased and that helped. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and utensils. The small highchair worked really well. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in, and I took early morning and evening walks. We liked the front porch. The kids could play safely in the fenced in yard. And many activities were close by!

We had three families meeting up in St. Louis to reconnect and this double unit was perfect for our needs. With two living rooms, we could set the kids up with entertainment in one while the adults were able to visit in the other. The location was also great, with easy short drives to everything we wanted to do while we were in town. We were especially impressed with our host, who checked in periodically with messages to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was nothing short of exceptional. This vacation property delivered the perfect mix of comfort, privacy and convenience to St. Louis. The backyard was a hit with all the children. We wanted for nothing the kitchen was fully equipped, mornings were spent sipping coffee on the back porch listening to the birds. The neighborhood is very walkable. Sara was an excellent hostess she checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable. The house was perfect for the 16 of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Everyone had a great time, would stay again. Board games for the kids, lots of baby gear if you had babies with you.

Property had everything needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and wonderful for families with children. Sara was easy to work with, had great recommendations, and made the process very smooth. We would certainly stay again!

We love this property. We visit St. Louis regularly to visit friends and go to all the wonderful family activities in the area. We love that the botanic gardens are walking distance. The property has games and toys for kids and a play set in the back. Just a great place to stay.

This house worked well for two families enjoying a weekend in St. Louis. We each had our separate spaces, but could join together easily! Sara was very accommodating with some of our requests and very responsive when we had small issues that needed to be addressed.

This home was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering. Everything was very well thought out for having kids in the space. Excellent amenities, great location, and just an all around inviting space. We will definitely be staying here again in the future if available. 10/10 do recommend

My family enjoyed our stay….the house was fully stocked with towels and kitchen needs…the only negative was the back bedrooms were a little cold and drafty…but over all the home was nice and the Christmas decorations where a plus….

Our family met for an early Christmas. This home was beyond perfect considering we had 4 couples and 5 boys 3 yo and younger. It was decorated for Christmas and had the best playground, 2 kitchens, 3 washers, comfy beds, sound machines, high chairs etc. we would enjoy returning in the warm weather since the home is so close to many attractions.

Thanksgiving stay with family was a wonderful time for all 3 generations in Sarah’s home

The rental was beautiful and exactly as described. Cute neighborhood and right by the botanical garden. Checkin was easy and the host was wonderful to chat/work with. 10/10 stay!
