Three By the Sea is beautifully decorated with just the right touches to make you feel right at home. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Bathrooms located on each floor. Plenty of room for two families as we have two master bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms.
We are located in a great community for kids to ride bikes, scooters, or explore the neighborhood pier. Our home is located next to the community pool, convenient for parents

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Chad was absolutely amazing to work with! He was so attentive and caring! The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids very easily. The kitchen is fully equipped with any sort of dishes you will need, which made cooking easy! Also the fridge is a great size and fit all of the food we needed from our giant grocery haul! The beach is super easy to get to, I took my two little ones in a stroller and was still able to get there in like 2-3 minutes. The pier was so beautiful! Definitely recommend going out there for a sunset or a walk! Great home and great location! Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023This was our 3rd vacation in a row in this home and I hope many more. Great house, great owners and great time. Close walk to the beach and the dock in the sound is a big favorite. Bring or rent kayaks and paddle boards if you like and bring fishing and crabbing equipment. The owners keep in touch and make sure everything is good. Also has elevator for us old folks! Community pool in the center of the complex.
