We invite you to stay at our family beach home. We have given our home the name Latitude Adjustment for many reasons. Most notably staying at the beach has always been a way for us to reconnect as a family and forget all of the outside stress.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This home was wonderful. If you don’t like being close to the boardwalk and congestive beach traffic this place is perfect. The home was bright and open floor plan was so accommodating. Also so many things to do no one could be bored.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Perfect family beach vacation. The host had a game room with darts, shuffleboard, and Cornhole! Plus, beach material for playing in the sand and throwing a frisbee along with four folding chairs!The community pool was wonderful just a short walk with fishing Dock next to it. Beautiful rental with all the accommodations necessary for vacation.! The back deck had a huge picnic bench with extra chairs for easily accommodate a very large family! I personally enjoyed sitting out in the morning with my coffee. Listen to the birds, singing
