Stayed Aug 2, 2025What a wonderful stsy! We are a family of five adults and have been vacationing every summer in Delaware for the past five years. It is our second time back to Millville by the Sea and it was, once again, perfect! This great community is central to both Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach. A very close and easy drive to all the popular beaches, restaurants, shops.Thank you to our hosts! Their home had everything we needed…and more! Not only was getting ready for the trip seamless, they had an interest in our stay and checked in with us while we were there to make sure we were having a good time. We were! Thank you for everything…we will be back! An added thank you for their considerate “welcome package”. Thanks for thinking of us and ensuring that our trip was a pleasant one.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The property was excellent in layout and condition and had every amenity we needed. Communication with the host was outstanding. We had four adults and 2 teenage boys for out stay there. The boys loved the upstairs which became their hangout for tv, computer games and playing their collector card games. We would definitely consider coming again for our next trip to Bethany Beach.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025House was even better than the pictures. Very roomy with lots of places for people to gather. Beds were plentiful and very comfortable. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. One of the best rentals we have ever had. Owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay at this beautiful home! We vacationed with two of our adult children and their families which included 4 of our grandchildren. The house is designed to accommodate everyone and it is so beautiful yet comfortable with a great room to enjoy time together. Phil and Renee were such wonderful hosts and though everything was perfect from beginning to end they were attentive and so helpful to a few questions we had before our arrival. Phil and Renee have designed this home to be a perfect vacation spot for us!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was beautiful as shown in the pictures. Not only was the house clean and welcoming, the hosts were extremely attentive. They offered assistance before check in, during our stay, as well as preparing for our departure. If you don’t mind the short drive to Bethany Beach, this is the perfect place to stay as the area offers beautiful grounds to enjoy a walk on the trails or a recreational area for the children to swim and play.

Stayed Aug 18, 2022We met several family members in the Bethany area for a short reunion. Three different families stayed in this house and it was a very comfortable fit. Good location. Not too far from the beach, but not in a crowded area. We enjoyed the pool, sidewalks for the little one to ride his scooter and the bike paths. We had a very enjoyable time and would stay here again. Thank you!
