Perfect Family Vacation Getaway!!

Wonderful house very close to the beach and the owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

This home is a gem on the beach. We stayed with 10 people and 3 dogs over the christmas week. The bathroom for each room, the huge table and room for all of to mingle, play games and watch TV when we were not out in the back deck or on the beach was perfect. Is this house a brand new home, no, but there is something to be said about not having to worry about every little thing you do or touch. This was a comfortable and relaxing vacation home away from home. We would stay again!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at the Sandcastle! The house exceeded our expectations, and the porch with that ocean view was spectacular!The kitchen was fully stocked, the game room was an added plus, and each bedroom had its own on-suite bathroom. Being dog-friendly, our furbaby absolutely enjoyed the porch as well!I highly recommend the Sancastle... Debbie, our host was very helpful and kind as well. Judy Robinson

House was stocked amazingly! Loved the privacy of the bedrooms and the homeyness. Plenty of space for everyone and lovely proximity to the beach.

The house was clean and well equipped. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very few steps and a short path to the beach. Our family, three generations of adults, felt like this house was perfect. And that dining room table is one of a kind…perfect for our cake baking/decorating competition. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive and accommodating to last minute changes. Kitchen has everything you need! Screened in porch was a lifesaver for us who are loved by mosquitos. Lol. Great space downstairs for kids! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!!

We escaped the New England winter for 9 days in Feb. '25. The SandCastle is very warm and cozy. Temps were in the 40's, mostly 50's & 60's with teases of 70's - the perfect antidote we were looking for.In the winter, Holden beach is delightful, 6 people on the beach instead of 6,000. Better shelling b/c there is less competition. More wildlife, dolphins, bald eagle as well.SandCastle was great. Spacious, relaxing, we spent a lot of time out on the deck. Debbie was very communicative. Try an off-season trip. You'll love it!

My family enjoys having thanksgiving together at the beach with our walks on the beach and looking for that special sea shell. It is our time to play games and enjoy being together as a family. This year was very sad my wife passed away in October and it was great to enjoy the time with my girls remembering how much she loved the beach.

It was a great place for us to stay along with our dog. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. We had one issue which the host took care of right away. We will definetly be going back. Loved it!

We all love this property!!! It fits everybody in our family including the dog. The only reason I deducted a star for cleanliness was there were quite a few very large roaches in the screened in patio and the front patio at night. Could not go out there most nights. And the morning we left there was a large roach in my bathroom and in the kitchen. I understand they are prevalent down south but we saw none when we stayed last year. Still we love your home!!! Wish we could stay next year but you were booked.

Beach house with great location with screened porch, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and indoor games available.

Enjoyed our stay. Rental was nice, bathrooms could use a little updating but overall, great stay.
