The main level of the residence is reached through the primary entrance, leading into an open-concept design that integrates the living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room is equipped with a gas stove fireplace, a flat screen television and numerous south facing windows that showcase the abundant Colorado sunlight and stunning vistas. Adjacent to this space is the dining area, along with a gourmet kitchen featuring hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and ample cabinetry for storage, as well as generous countertop space to facilitate meal preparation. The sophisticated wooden dining table is designed to seat eight guests comfortably. The deck connected to the kitchen is outfitted with a gas grill and provides patio dining for six, along with a partially covered section that includes comfortable sofa seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and scenic views. Additional outdoor seating is available on the patio with Adirondack chairs and there is convenient access to the expansive backyard, which includes a bonus feature of a children’s playground.
The primary bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and a renovated ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed and provide access to modernized bathrooms.
The topmost level boasts a generous and open loft, providing an excellent area for engaging in a game of foosball or unwinding in front of the flat screen television on the comfortable sofas. This level also includes the remaining three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The fourth bedroom features two Queen beds along with a cozy sitting area that allows for enjoyment of the scenic views. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the sixth bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom located on the upper floor is designed with ample windows, offering a delightful perspective of the surrounding meadows.

There is a security camera at the front door and viewing the driveway.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the home’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

    5 different families were all able to comfortably stay at this home! It has a terrific setup with 6 bedrooms and plenty of lounging areas both indoors and out for people to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds quite comfortable; the playground was an awesome touch for our toddler and the views from the back porch were terrific. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and near all sorts of great hikes and aquatic activities. Highly recommend staying at Juniper, especially if you’re part of a big group!

    House was roomy enough for our family of 12 with 6 bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably! There was just enough snow to use the “sleds” to entertain the kids with the hill beside the house. The nice neighbor said he didn’t mind at all. It was also close enough to make our ski days and tubing Fraser Hill easy with our crew. The house had everything we needed. We all agreed that the only thing that would make this THE PERFECT place is a nice hot tub to retreat to before settling down for the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even without a hot tub would rent again. ?

    Centrally located. Easy access to all local attractions. Comfortably accommodated our large party , for a family reunion of three families. Great rustic decor. Wonderful location.
