Perfect Family Getaway - 5 Minute Walk to Long Sands Beach

Great location! Tons of space within the house and plenty of seating options. We had a group with 5 kids ages 1-6, so heving many different spots to eat was great. Also each room was a great size!The location is great. Quiet road. Close to the beach. Not much rlse you can ask for. Id recommend this to anyone staying. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and felt like we douldve added more.James is a great host. Easy to communicate with and fast to respond to any qurstions. We are so thankful ro have found this spot and excited for next year.

Nice clean house that fit our group of 14 comfortably. Multiple rooms and a deck to spread out in. It had everything we needed and we appreciated use of the beach chairs and boogey boards. Great location for access to Long Sands beach or Short Sand beach and shops. Quiet neighborhood. James was great at communicating throughout.

A great spot! This lovely house has so much room. It’s nicely updated and super clean! Short walk to the long sands beach is just perfect for the whole family. James, the owner is super easy to reach and answers every question! The area has a lot to offer too!

Multi-generational family had a wonderful time together at this rental. The short walk to the beach was manageable for young children which was a huge plus! We also enjoyed the ability to walk to a few restaurants (loved Stones Throw) and ice cream. Additional activities enjoyed by our group included the playground and shopping at Shorts Sands, Fox's restaurant and the Nubble Light House, golf and outlet shopping.

Great house and lots of space for 14 people. Great location on quiet street near the beach. Only downside is that the dining tables are small if you have a large group

The house was new, clean and modern. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Very clean when we arrived. The host was always quick to respond. Beach was a short walk. Would definitely recommend to a large group.

My spouse, myself, and our wedding party and their family stayed at this lovely home. We found the home to be in a quiet and pleasant location. It was convenient for multiple day trips and as a home base for the group. We were able to not only plan the day and arrange gifts, but I was even able to get some work done.

The house was beautiful, clean with lots of space for my 3 teens to spread out. Kitchen space was new and we were happy to find it stocked with a keurig and coffee (which saved my husband). Everything exceeded expectations and we wished we could stay longer! Would highly recommend! Plenty of room for a large family or for kids to bring a friend. Great communication with James absolutely no issues the whole weekend was so smooth.
