Perfect Family Beach Getaway! Private Pool, Hot Tub, Ping Pong, Steps to Beach!

Perfect getaway for our family with small children. House is very nice; well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and living room. The pool was a must for us - safe and peaceful way to relax and have fun. Neighborhood is great. Peaceful streets to bike and close to two state parks. Beach is extremely accessible. Hosts were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things.

What a space and a vibe! As soon as we arrived, the kids were in the pool and exploring the adventures of their space. The pool and yard are an extension of the house and lovely to have to relax, play and swim. Beach access, close to everything, and really the most perfect beach escape we could have planned with our hectic families to get together and enjoy a week at the beach. The space has corners to relax and enjoy the sunsets, to nooks for puzzles to be made. Aquarium was a nice break from the heat, and the lanai was key for a book to read. Would recommend to all, clean, super communicative, and will be back!

This property was impressive! Fantastic location, amentities and most importantly, very comfortable beds. The Owner, Andy, was great to communicate with. The beach views at the top were great but the distance to the beach (2 minutes)) made the week so nice! We cant say enough about the pool, hot tub, pool house restroom and back yard overall. We had 3 young grand daughters in our group and they had a blast!

Beautiful place to stay, close to the beach. We were a family of 13 and enjoyed hanging out in the yard using the pool, bbq and playing corn hole, it was the perfect spot for all of us to be together. Really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended.

Thanks for a great house and location. The private pool and easy walk to the beach were highlights, The house was well stocked with everything we needed plus more. Communication with the owners was easy. They got back to us quickly when we had an issue come up. The poolside bathroom and outdoor shower were great to have. The lower level is definitely more for small kids but our teens were able to make it work. Would stay again!

This was the first time we did a family vacation at the beach with kids and grandkids. The Gaudy Pelican was an ideal location, close to the beach as well as attractions. The pool was spectacular and kept the kids entertained for much of the five day trip. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. We had a great time.

This was a great location for our 4th of July celebration! Not only did we get to enjoy Carolina Beach's firework show on Thursday night (July 3rd), but there were also phenomenal fireworks all around us on July 4th. The upper deck was a perfect place to see them all. The private pool was the best...exactly what our toddler grandson needed to develop his swimming skills. Easy access to the beach as shown in the pictures.

Every thing was so good

My family of 6 adults and two little ones spent a week at this beautiful home and made some wonderful memories. The house is gorgeous, clean, spacious, has great bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. The pool was a huge spotlight for us all and we enjoyed the pingpong, bikes, and cornhole. 10 out of 10 for this place!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 12. The location was ideal - just a block from the beach with easy access. The home had everything we needed - from kitchen essentials to beach gear. Everyone especially loved the ping pong table; it was a big hit! The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into making this house a welcoming retreat..

It was great having a pool for an option for the kids

We were here for a NE April break, looking to relax by the pool and hot tub after spending the mornings down at the beach, and this house fit us perfectly. Outdoor area was great for the kids, and the adults loved the hot tub. The outdoor bathroom was a great touch. Also - this house had a ton of extras that really improved out stay...cornhole, bikes for the teens, plenty of games, and the outdoor couch/tv was perfect for watching the NBA playoffs with a beautiful ocean breeze. Great spot, and 100% recommend.

We were lucky to book this beautiful home last minute. The location was one block from the beach access. The house is perfect for families. There is plenty of space and the basement and pool were perfect for kids.

I recently had the pleasure of renting this house in Carolina Beach, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The house is just a short walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for daily beach outings. We loved being so close to the ocean and spending our days soaking up the sun and playing in the surf. The location is also perfect for families, as it's walking distance to various amusements and attractions. We enjoyed exploring the nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which we greatly appreciated. The owners clearly take pride in their property, and it shows in every detail. The pool was another highlight – a beautiful, refreshing spot to relax and cool off after a day at the beach. One of the best features of the house was the array of games provided for children. Our kids had a blast playing with the games, which kept them entertained during the evenings and gave the adults some much-needed relaxation time. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect spot for a family vacation, combining comfort, convenience, and plenty of fun. We can’t wait to return!
