The Space:

Vaulted ceilings enhance the main living area, creating a bright setting for spending time together between visits to the beach and Newport. Comfortable seating faces the Smart TV for movie nights or a quiet evening at home.



The kitchen is well suited to meals at home, with a full-size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. A microwave is also provided. The peninsula offers preparation space and casual counter seating, with a dining table nearby for shared meals.



Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests. Each room has a full-size bed, and individually controlled mini splits allow the temperature in each zone to be adjusted according to guest preferences. One full bathroom serves the home.

An exceptional Middletown location keeps the coast at the center of the stay. Easton’s Beach is only minutes away, as is Sachuest Beach, known locally as Second Beach. With both beaches nearby, it is easy to fit time along the shore into any day’s plans.



Downtown Newport is a short drive from the home, bringing its historic streets and waterfront dining within convenient reach. Guests can explore the Newport Mansions or take in the coastal scenery along the Cliff Walk. Ocean Drive offers another memorable way to experience the area.



Aquidneck Avenue is close by for restaurants and everyday necessities. This central position makes it easy to enjoy Middletown’s beaches and Newport’s signature attractions without spending a large part of the visit traveling between them.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

Pet Policy

Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. A $200 non-refundable pet fee and $50 additional cleaning fee apply.



We provide dedicated driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted, as that area is owned by the Town and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the driveway.
