Stayed Jun 11, 2021We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Como. The location of the house is perfect. Close to beach, parks and Lake. The owner was very personable and helpful. Responded quickly with answers to questions. The only thing preventing me from giving five stars is that the kitchen needed more utensils ,bowls, baking sheets etc. The beach passes were not provided to us and when asked was told by the owner that there would be a significant deposit required this was not mentioned in the listing. Overall we had a great time, and enjoyed the cottage very much.

Stayed Mar 25, 2020We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The house was perfect. The property and surrounding area is beautiful and our 2 year old was able to play safely and totally enjoy himself. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity comes.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time staying in this lovely and comfortable beach bungalow. The house has open & modern plan and is welcoming, clean & comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality stain steel appliances/dishes/pot/pans, granite countertop and kitchen island is great for morning breakfast. The house is very conveniently located - park is a block away, lake is a block away and beach is about 4 blocks away. Grocery shopping is about 5 minutes drive and bunch of restaurants in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this house for family vacation!

Stayed Oct 1, 2018The owner is available if you have questions, and he is upfront about the lease - even before you put in a request to stay at the house. The house is on a quiet street. You can cross the street at the end of the block and you're at the lake! The deck and porches were very nice places to enjoy and entertain guests. Check out all the photos!
