Clean, spacious, well equipped and great location to Heavenly Ski Resort.

It was a nice place to stay for a large group with a dog. We had a great time on our ski vacation. To be noted, the neighbors are much closer than the pictures make them seem. My group also felt somewhat intimidated by the number of warnings for being fined, the many noise detectors in the home, and the cameras outside the home. In the introduction email, it says you will be fined 2000 for inappropriate language outside of the house, which makes you feel like you are being watched.

Reviewer Comments: We had a family get together- my wife and I from England and my son and his family, who now live near San Francisco, to celebrate his 40th birthday. We had an amazing three days, eating out, seeing the beautiful scenery around South Lake Tahoe and generally chilling out in the fabulous People’s Choice house in the woods. The House was just perfect for four adults and three lively kids to enjoy themselves, watch movies in the fantastic cinema room and to ‘chill out’ in the hot tub.We could not have asked for more.

Close proximity to the casinos but far enough away to enjoy the night sky. Very relaxing and comfortable home. Would definitely recommend.

House is awesome!! Everly room you walked into was clean plenty of room for 8 adults and my 6 lb Chihuahua.

This was an amazing property for our family. Pet friendly and kid friendly including utilities for toddlers and babies. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to the beach and heavenly village. Very accommodating and plenty of room to spread out for the whole family to have thier own space.

This was a great layout for our family which consisted of 2 adult pairs, one elderly and one teenager and a dog. The downstairs bedroom made it easy to separate ourselves from the rest of the group at night. The kitchen and theatre room was spacious. Everything was quiet and located in a great place. The only negative was the carpet was pretty stained and the floors still dirty which is the only reason we didn’t give this a 5 star review.

We thought this place was great. The layout was perfect for us. We had 4 kids under 8 and they had a great time downstairs in the large media/game room and playing hide and seek in a new place. The house was clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Just fyi..this house is not for folks with limited mobility as there are 3 flights of stairs.

Everything was as we hsd planned.

We enjoyed this property. Up dated. Very clean, plenty of space. A fence yard. Great neighborhood. Very quiet. RnR were great property managers. They were available for any questions. The home theater is fabulous and the hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

Nice place for all of us to gather, celebrate and have family time. This house was not too far from Stateline. We saw a concert and enjoyed the Tahoe area without a long drive. House was comfortable and had all we needed to prepare meals. Just FYI there is a keurig. It was not listed in the amenities. Overall I would stay again. Thank you!
