PentHouse Suite with 2X View

This 2 bed/2 bath condo is perfect! Super clean, comfortable. Great beds. Felt safe. Close to Disney. The two balconies were amazing! Full kitchen to cook in. We 100% recommend this property and if in Orlando will stay here again!

Fabulous location and exactly as described/photographed. Close to Disney and Universal, with plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Even the Walgreens across the street came in handy. Beds were comfortable. Ice cold AC, even with temps in the upper 90s. Property was great. Pool was clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Ice maker worked great. Very clean inside and out.

Rick is a friendly host who communicates well. The property is lovely. Having balconies on both sides of the building allows for views of Lake Huron and Universal Studios fireworks (in the distance) and on the other side you can see Disney Springs, and multiple Disney fireworks shows. The beds are comfortable and the condo is clean. The people at the registration desk are friendly and helpful. It's easy to accept packages throught the front desk if you need to Amazon yourself something. The location is very good, located between Disney and Universal Studios. Would stay here again!

Very nice, clean room with a great view. I really enjoyed getting the instructions on what needed to be done upon departure.... NOTHING! Many places want the dishwasher run, place the linens here or there, take out the trash, etc. Nice place!

Easy check-in. Very clean and wonderfully decorated. Beds were awesome! My kids said they won’t stay anywhere else now!

Fabulous property. Clean, all your basic amenities and close to local attractions. Everyone we met was super friendly and respectful. After a bustling day at a park, great place to unwind with plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Very nice property. Condo wasn’t cleaned when we checked in but they made up for it with a refund and rectified the situation. Once cleaned it was done well.

The home was extremely clean, comfortable bed, and conveniently located near the conference center and Disney. We also enjoyed watching the fireworks from the deck each night.

Host was super responsive and helpful with questions prior to arrival! We had an amazing stay and all loved it. We enjoyed the 2 balconies to relax and watch sunrise and then watch the evening fireworks without fighting any crowds! Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this place was spectacular. The host was Amazing. We have nothing bad to say and look forward to staying here again. The close proximity to downtown Disney, the spectacular lake view as well as the fireworks every night was simply awesome. Check-in was incredibly easy, checkout was even easier. There's ample parking and everybody was super friendly.

This place is great. The spaces are very clean and spacious. The host replied quickly to any questions and communicated effectively before our stay. We will definitely return next time we are in orlando.

Our plans changed, and we were not really able to take advantage of the facilities. We got in late and left the next morning. It was a cold night, so we couldn't enjoy the balconies.

Great location and beautiful views. We really enjoy the stay. Two rooms, living area, and two big balconies, one for sunrise, one for sunset and Disney firework. Super nice! The pool and jacuzzi next to the lake are definitely enjoyable.

Everything was great and close to Disney. We loved being able to see all the park’s fireworks and decided which one we would watch in person.

Perfect spot for our Disney adventures. Loved the view. Loved the check out instructions. Just pack up and go. Not like typical VRBO listings that charge you a cleaning fee then also give you a list of todo’s before you leave. Seriously!!?? What’s the darn cleaning fee for exactly?? lol.

Pictures did not to justice to this amazing condo! The condo is much larger than what I thought it would be!Living room was comfortable, with a large TV and Roku remote. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were two large balconies. One overlooking the lake and we could see Downtown Disney area. My daughter had her on bedroom with attached bathroom. She didn't realize it had a remote to raise and lower the mattresses;-) The master bedroom was large, plenty of storage, nice bathroom and remote control ceiling fan. The added touches such as each night stand had a charger, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen had a keurig with four coffee pods, each bedroom had a TV, even the bunk beds in the hallway had a TV, washer, dryer and more! You cannot beat the location! Close to Disney and Universal was short drive up the Interstate. The pool and hot tub were nice too. We'll definitely stay here again!!!!

The room was really nice, pool, hot tub and the dock for kayaking and canoeing was a great addition. Only thing is that there are gators which made it less appealing to kayak but I would have loved to if I had time. We were there for a family reunion so it was nice to have to extra room for my mom and cousin (who came last minute) to sleep in. My nephew said the pull out couch and bunk beds were pretty comfortable as well. I loved the 2 balconies. I am a fresh air/sunlight kind of person so I felt really at home. Host was responsive and got things taken care of faster than expected. Overall great stay. And I loved the view of the lake in the morning. So beautiful.

Place was outstanding. Clean, spacious, everything taken care of. Would book again.

Apartment was exactly as described. Clean, close to everything and really safe for 3 women traveling together. Grandma came with us for AAU Nationals and needed her own space, but my 12 year old wanted a pool and place to lounge too. This hit all of our needs! Extra bunk beds if her friends ever wanted to stay over!Also, the garbage disposal didn’t work well when we first arrived. A simple message to the property owner and someone was there within a half hour to fix it! Amazing communication.

The penthouse and resort were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the bed in one of the bedrooms. It was really two twin mattresses put together instead of one larger mattress and they weren't very comfortable. The other beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Super comfy, great views, and the resort was not too busy. Very nice weekend!

Everything about this property was fabulous! The living space was accommodating, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The views were amazing, Disney Springs & Epcot with all the lights and fireworks from front balcony, peaceful lake from back balcony! Location is super convenient whichever direction you may be heading. I would recommend this home away from home to anyone looking in Orlando areas!

Beautiful property, large/warm pool. Loved the food at the tiki bar. Our room was amazing- front and back balconies. Suite was clean and had an abundance of room/pool towels. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities to cook meals.

Loved the view. The pool and bar are amazing. We enjoyed our stay.
