THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    We had 14 guests (8 adults and 6 children) and the house accommodated our needs very well. Room set-up, 2 Utility rooms, spacious kitchen/dinning area, elevator and parking for 4 cars and 2 golf carts made this home a great fit for our needs. Easy access to the beach, golf course, community pools, guest services and in community eateries made it easy to meet all 14 guests needs.

    I will start with the fact that I rarely leave reviews! I always forget once I get home from a vacation. But this one is worth remembering :) This was our 4th year staying in Palmilla (and probably 20th year staying in Port A) and this house was by far the best house we have stayed in. The layout and size was perfect for 4 families with plenty of beds and bathrooms. If you have babies, the closet easily fit a pack-n-play and the bedrooms were large enough for one as well. The laundry room downstairs was also big enough for one! We also loved that there was a washer/dryer on the 2nd floor too. The kids loved the bunkroom with each having a lamp and their own little nook for plugging in their chargers. The elevator was a huge plus for loading and unloading our luggage and food! The beds were comfortable, the upstairs kitchen/living/dining area was huge with plenty of seating for our big group. Lastly, the VIEW! You can see the ocean and bay from the balcony. Plenty of parking for all the trucks. We will definitely stay here again!

    This was our third time staying at Palmilla. We love the amenities, and the staff are always great! This property is huge! The bunk room is amazing, with tons of space and beds. The elevator was such a bonus, as this trip we brought our elderly grandmother. The views from the third floor are amazing! Beach views, and golf course views! Beds were comfy! We would definitely choose to stay here again. Our only complaint, which has nothing to do with the owners or the property was cleanliness. Mostly mattress covers which need to be replaced, and a lack of attention to the floors. Those things fall on the property management company. We will be returning in the future, because truly we just love the Palmilla Property.

    This is a beautiful beach house. We appreciated the elevator since the main living room/kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The kids loved the bunk room. The adults loved having their own bathroom in every bedroom. The ping pong table was a hit. It is close to guest services and the fitness center. Everything was clean! We can't wait to come back!

    This is our 5th vacation to the area and our 2nd stay at this home. The home is spacious with plenty of room for our party of 16. The house is well stocked with plenty of towels and starter household items. We did have several maintenance issues this time. The shower in the master bathroom would not drain at all. We found this out the first night and it was rather later but I did put in a message for service. Luckily my husband is handy and had his work bag in the truck. He was able to take out the covering to the drain and unclog it. It was full of gunk, hair, etc. hard to believe that this wasn’t an issue prior to our stay or housekeeping didn’t notice it. Some of the toilets were also slow to drain. Maintenance did respond the next day to check things out. They said it was a water issue in the area the day before. The next night we went to use the dryer on the first floor and that would not run as well. I put in another message but seeing it was the weekend.. no one came out. That wasn’t that big of a deal because luckily the house has 2 sets. We also rented golf carts, beach chair set up, Oasis pool during our stay. The food at the Oasis pool was really good. We checked out Red’s porch one night for dinner. It took awhile to get our food and the pool food was actually more enjoyable. There is access to the golf course from the back of the house also. The kids loved playing in that area in the evening during our last stay but there were so many mosquitos out that we weren’t able to go on the porch or outside without being attacked. Overall we love Port A and will be back.
