Fabulous location on the Gulf of Mexico, stunning sunset color and beautiful sky now offers a brand-new dock, from the ground up so to speak. 90+ feet of protected dockage with immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico. The expansive back yard boasts stone pavers from end to end and in the porch area as well as new landscaping. Fabulous location on the Gulf of Mexico, stunning sunset color and beautiful sky. Tucked next to the Crane Hammock preserve you have your own private hide-a-way. A groomed Mangrove peninsula frames in the shoreline for protected dockage and has walking paths throughout. The paths continue to the front of the property for a surround of green!

The main house is a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home with a detached one-bedroom cottage just steps away. Lovely screened in pool and screened porch across the waterside of the main house. The living, dining and kitchen areas are open to each other with patio doors across the back and opening to the porch. Beamed ceilings and lots of windows and French Doors give the home an open and airy feel. On the first level are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a full and a twin. The third bedroom is elevated with a king size bed and expansive bath and screen porch overlooking the open water and vista to the North. The cottage is cute as a button with two queen beds, a bath with tiled shower and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave oven and coffee maker!

Step out to the east side of the house and enjoy the 27' freshwater swimming pool. The pool has built in seating at one end and steps with a small platform at the other.5' at the deep end and a little over 3' at the shallow end. Pool heat is optional and additional at $200 plus tax per week. Contact me direct after booking if you want it.

The main house has great seating for TV viewing on the Sony 77 Oled large screen TV or turn off the electronics and have a great conversation after a great day out and about and plans for your next adventure! The round dining table encourages mealtime conversation and dining enjoyment as well.
The master bedroom is elevated with a spacious bath, walk in glassed shower and lots of room at the double sink vanity and separate makeup counter for two to get ready for a night out. There is also a raised platform for a quiet read or TV viewing on the 55 4K TV and just steps to the screen porch overlooking the Gulf.

The first level has two bedrooms, both with a queen and one with and additional twin bed. All the bedrooms have 4K 55 TVs.
The separate Cottage is just steps from the main house and has 2 queen beds, a bath with shower, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker. A 50 TV is in the entertainment center and a second TV is in the sitting area tucked behind the main room with a couch for TV viewing and a small desk and chair if you need to do some work on vacation.
The outdoor area is fabulous with walking paths through the hammock areas, garden areas and on out to the outer mangrove peninsula with a natural shoreline and open water vistas.

The fishermen will love the 80' of protected dockage yet, immediate access to the Gulf, with the 7-mile bridge for ocean access just a 5-mile run. Planning on fishing all day the 500 lb. commercial Ice Machine on the side screen porch will fill your coolers to keep the catch fresh (or refreshments)! Underwater lights for evening entertainment and fishing at the dock, great fun just to look and wonder what will show up next!

Please note there is a separate garage on site that is not available for guest use. It has an apartment above that on occasion the owner may use and his boat may be on the lift (which is not for guest use). He is very discrete, very nice and if he is there you will only see him when he runs the boat out.

This home is pet friendly but only with approval. You must let me know what size, breed and age your dog is and then receive approval to bring it to the rental. If approved there is a $150 pet fee per pet.

    House is clean and roomy. View is awesome. Boat dockage was less than expected. A dock needs to be added, as you basically climb a ladder up the sea wall. Dangerous for kids and old folks. In spite of that we had a great week! The pool is awesome! The house was well equipped!
