Second time visiting & New England fall delights!

Nice property. Enjoyed our stay.

What a delight! The kitchen had everything we needed-cooked a few meals and found the kitchen to have everything we wanted. The hosts left nothing out …the decor was absolutely perfect…from board games to beach chairs…every amenity was available. Can not wait to return.

Liked the decor and super area by lake. Facility was clean & comfortable! We grew up in Waterford and visited friends in Colchester, so near by.

We really enjoyed Peek-A-Boo Lodge. The beds are super comfortable. Since we were there in the off season, I can’t speak to the beach experience. It was a bit musty but it was raining most of the time we were there.

This was our second visit. It's a really pleasant place to stay. My sister lives very close by. Amsten Lake is lovely. Hosts are on top of everything. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay to get away from the city. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. It was so peaceful sitting and relaxing on the decks. Easy check in and check out directions. Hosts responded quickly. I already recommended this place to a friend. Would definitely stay again. It was good for the soul

We enjoyed our stay at Peek-A-Boo View. Good communication with the owners before and during our visit.Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The cute cottage had many inviting spots, indoors and outside, to enjoy our visit. I loved that there was a good selection of books and games. This trip was for visiting family, so we basically used it for sleeping. I wish we had more time to use all the amenities it offers. Hopefully we will during our next visit.

House was very clean,beds were very comfortable. Loved the vibe.Excellent communication with the owner, all questions were answered quickly.House had everything we needed, location was across the street from the lake with access to swim or canoe.I was surprised how quiet it was, especially since it was summertime.Highly recommend.

Access to a canoe and Amston Lake beaches was a real plus. The house was cozy and comfortable and well provisioned.

The place was perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Well kept and maintained.

We were 4 adults needing a place to sleep for a family event being hosted in Salem, CT. About a 25 minute drive. Small house in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice deck out front. Clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchen essentials. Seemed like a nice location to spend some time relaxing, which we were not able to enjoy as our weekend was jam packed with family down in Salem. Hopefully, we get to come back again with more time to explore.

The Peek-a-Boo was very comfortable. First, it was very easy to check-in. Even late at night in the rain! The bungalow is VERY clean and the beds were spectacular. It was warm, inviting, and well stocked. Thanks for your hospitality.

The cottage is nicely decorated and furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The location by the lake was delightful. Would be happy to return for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin by the lake. The place was clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy quality time with our son. We especially enjoyed the retro/mid-century decorations throughout the home. So much fun! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The cottage was very clean with and had a comfortable mattress on the queen bed.

It was clean. The headboard on queen bed was not attached which when we turned at night it woke us up. Limited linens for five nights. WiFi was good the bathing supplies seemed to be left over from other guests. Laundry was a nice touch. From the south so heating was a learned experience. Beautiful area just felt like we didn’t feel like it was worth the price we paid.
