Pecan Valley Private Pool & Spa

Our family reunion of 11 adults and 14 children was so fun! We enjoyed hanging out a the house and playing in the pool so much that we never made it to the water park. A great place to reconnect with each other.

The window shade in the king bedroom by the pool does not stay up.There were M&Ms under the bed in the same room.No hair dryer in the bathroom.The floors throughout were very dirty (bare feet were black after walking on the floor).The flat baking pan is dirty and has baked-on food.The oven mitts were filthy and had food all over them (I washed them and they look brand new now).There was old, moldy coffee in the coffee maker.White bath towels in the bathrooms are dingey, stained, and worn.There are not enough plates for the amount of people the unit can accommodate.The queen bed in the room that has two smaller beds is broken and causes you to roll to the middle of the bed.The pool area is dirty/sandy and the rug under the outdoor table is extremely dirty, sandy, and frayed.Patio chairs are filthy and worn.The artificial plant outside should be thrown away, as it is broken and leaves are bent and tattered.The outdoor palm trees (real guys) should be pruned and have the dead leaves removed.Outdoor table is wobbly and unstable.Patio sliding doors do not slide well and it is extremely difficult to open and close them.One of the screens on the sliding patio door randomly fell off and almost landed on my baby grandson and my daughter (my husband put it back up). The utensils in the kitchen should be better organizedThe water filter in the fridge needed replacement.I feel that I paid way too much for this unit, given the uncleanliness and defective items.

Amazing place to stay! We had the best time! Highly recommend, especially for big groups! We loved the pool at the house, it was a huge hit! The water park access was amazing too! Trevon the host of as great to work with. Definitely recommend.

The property was very clean and quiet. We had seven adults and nine children for three days and we enjoyed every day. The adults were able to relax around the pool on reclining chairs and around the outdoor table while we watched the cousins play in the pool. The house provided plenty of room to relax and cook in. The pool provided a slide, basketball hoop and toys in a bin outside. We especially enjoyed the waterpark! The waterpark had so much for families to do. There was surfing, waterslides, a lazy river and much more. I especially liked the quiet rooms on the second floor where we were able to take our toddlers who have had enough fun for the day and just needed a nap. The rooms were a nice quiet place to rest while keeping an eye on the other kids. We are very grateful for the family-friendly atmosphere that enforced a dress code so that little kids were not exposed to women's bare bottoms and mens' speedos. Thank you for an enjoyable time. We will most likely be back next year!

Everything was 5 Stars My family came to relax and that’s just we did! This house is perfect for a getaway! Nice and quite area but has everything at your fingertips. The house was clean with the perfect family gathering kitchen and livingroom area. The beds were very comfortable too! Always a requirement for me! We enjoyed the pool the majority of the time! The water park was fun too but busy! We will definitely be renting again! Thank you for a wonderful stay Traven and for being an amazing host!

This home was great!!! Perfect location, gorgeous, and had everything we needed, waterslide and pool was great..Hopefully this ho.e is available next time we are in town !!

Home was as expected. Very clean. Only issue we had was with the front door lock. We were able to contact the host quickly and get it resolved. Would stay here again.

We rent a home for our family to get together in St George. Hiking, cliff jumping family card games, go cart races, miniature golf shopping golfing & swimming in the swimming pool. Creativity coming up with games to play in the pool.This property is beautiful and spacious enough for all 10 to have a bed of their own. We had a great time!

We had 3 different families all together for the weekend and this house was perfect. Bunk rooms for the kids and separate en-suites for the parents. Pool was perfect size for 10 people and having it heated meant the kids could swim all day without any issues. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have fun but also close enough we could all hang out.

This house was perfect for my family. The pool was private and well kept. The kids had a blast the entire stay. The house was clean and organized and I had no problem checking in. There was plenty of seating in the living area, and the dining table was big enough to fit us all as well. The rooms were spacious and clean, along with the bathrooms. The host was quick to respond and very kind. The 5 star review is well deserved, and I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay with no issues. Home was spotless and kitchen well stocked with all items needed. We loved the layout of the home and the heated pool. We also appreciated the pool toys/floats! This home offers great parking for trailers! We had two trailers and were able to park them on the side of them home in the gravel. Then you still could utilize the two car garage and driveway parking as well. We would definitely recommend staying at this home!

This was a great home that can fit Big group of people with great amenities, lovely home and great location and we would do it again or recommend it to anyone
