Stayed Jun 1, 2026Family of 30 and everyone loved it. The house was even better than the listing description. Bed rooms were large, bathrooms and showers very generous, towels and bedding great. Kitchen space easily accommodated everyone for meal prep and eating. The butler pantry was a big plus for storing supplies, however there were limited cooking utensils, pans, and serving bowls, and the griddle did not work properly. The pool was adequate with fun platforms and slide. Pool volley ball was fun. We brought 2 portable sun shades and used them both near the pool. There was only one piece of exercise equipment in the gym. We used the pickle ball court every morning and night. Parking was crowded but not a problem. The free passes to the waterpark were great.

Stayed Apr 22, 2026We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary & this was the perfect location & home to be together! We had 10 adults & 7 kids (ages 1-7). Bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was great! The kitchen is fully stocked, and so much room for everyone. The amenities are amazing! From the room that has a climbing wall/trampoline, to the spacious theater room, to the game room that inc indoor basketball shooting, poker table, pool table, to the playground right outside the living room area. . . perfect! We were there a month ago and our 4 yr old grandson just asked the other day if we could go back to the Utah House because he missed it. There are a lot of things to do locally; Zion Nat'l Park, Excavating glitter rocks, we rented a Cam-Am side-by-side/lots of places to ride; then coming back to the house to play in the pool! The kids loved the rock water feature. A super Walmart is 10 min away for supplies & groceries. We stayed 5 nights, and would've loved to stay longer if time had allowed. From our grown children to our grandchildren, everyone commented about how awesome the house was, how beautiful the area is and how much fun we had hanging out together in such a beautiful home.

Stayed Mar 26, 2026Our family had an exceptional visit! We had a group of around 20 people and could not have asked for a better property! Communication with Gary was excellent, our kids had an unending list of activities at the property and the location was exceptional for relaxing but also exploring local outdoor areas such as Zion and Snow Canyon!

Stayed Dec 15, 2024This location was perfect for the amount of people that we took for work. Each of our employees had their own room with a bathroom included. The hot tub and sauna were a perfect way for my team to enjoy themselves after a long days work. The kitchen, theater room and pickle ball court houses many activities that were capable of catering many of our team activities. I definitely would recommend staying here!
