Pecan Shores: Waterfront + Mins to NBTX & Schlitterbahn + Large Shady Yard + Covered Dock

Check in was smooth had no issues, kitchen utensils were dirty and drawer were dirty (found a hair in it). Toilet on main floor ran continuously.

The home was on a great location on the river! We all enjoyed the dock and floating out back, as well as close proximity to the Comal to float. Overall, the home just needs to be updated and some amenities upgraded. The consistent word among myself and friends was that the beds were all hard and/or uncomfortable. Also, time to pull up the carpet and put in something that can be sanitized easier. The house was plenty big, loved the big kitchen and table with plenty of seating. Just needs some TLC and updating.

This was a fantastic meeting ground for us to meet our soldier halfway! The property was close to everything but also yet secluded enough for us to get the much-needed family time. Everyone had their space to relax, but also had great gathering spaces for us to play games hang out by the lake, fish and to catch fireflies. Core memories were made, and these were fantastic accommodations for our short time together.

The place was perfect and we had a good time with family and had really nice pictures on the property for my sons graduation pictures from Texas State. We would definitely go back and stay again the hose and yard were both beautiful. Thank you

We had a Fischer park day, a Schlitterbahn day, and a tube the Guadalupe river day. We also enjoyed evening swims in the river jumping off the boat dock. We grilled dinner one night. Location and house were perfect for our group of 7. 3 kids, 2 adults and 2 Srs.

This home was nice. The location was peaceful, yet close to town and attractions. We enjoyed using our kayaks & tubes from the boat dock. It was nice to have a dishwasher, laundry facilities available and linens provided. The mattresses could use upgrades and the sheets would not stay on the king size bed. The water heater did not provide adequate hot water for our family of 8. Several of us had to take cool showers in the downstairs bath and the faucet temperature adjustment was somewhat temperamental. I probably just missed it, but I do not recall the website description noting that this was a two-story accommodation. It worked for this trip!

We had a wonderful time! This home was spacious and a beautiful backyard view of the river! The check in/out process was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
