Stayed Oct 3, 2024House is well appointed and stocked. Neighborhood is still under quite a bit of construction. No views, but empty lot in front and behind home. No views whatsoever.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024This house worked great for us. The neighborhood is a little “transitional” but we carnally felt safe and it was quiet. House had all that you could need in the way of appliances, cooking utensils etc.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We had a great week at this house. It was beautiful. Great space downstairs, where we spent most of our time. Very clean. Fun basketball hoop in the pool and corn hole boards to use on the deck. Plenty of seating around the table and sun chairs to use. I will warn everyone who’s considering renting that the outdoor steps going to the upstairs are slick as snot when they are wet. Two of us slipped and I fell and hit my arm. I have a horrible bruise. I know this was said in previous comments and obviously nothing has been done about it, unfortunately…..We were very concerned about the kids going up and down and us especially when carrying something. There is good parking for smaller vehicles but if you have a trailer with a boat, you cannot turn around. The water filter was not replaced in the fridge upstairs. We were told not to use it which made us unnecessarily buy a ton of water bottles. I was a little put out when asked to do laundry before we left when we were also paying a very large cleaning fee

Stayed Jun 3, 2024House was very clean and up to date. Neighborhood was older, police arrived for a domestic with multiple trips of different ambulance services. Canal was extremely small and depth of water was also not navigable unless mid to high tide. We will pass from coming back.

Stayed May 18, 2024Great location. So close to everything. The house set up is great. The pool is a much needed amenity after being out on the boat all day. The house is greatly equipped for all your cooking needs. If you are bringing a boat look at the area closely. The canal is very narrow with the other boats docked. when you come out of the canal the channel is very shallow at low tide. We draft 2ft and it was very close. But take your time and go slow it is manageable. We look forward to booking this location again.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024We arrived and the house was very clean and it was easy to get in. The gift basket was a very nice thought, but would've been better if the items were not all expired. All amenities functioned well and easy to use. Loved the big kitchen with all the sitting space we could all sit around and cook and hang out. Loved the patio with the outdoor kitchen. Having en suit bathrooms was amazing. My only complaint was the tile on the outdoor stairs, we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom as there is no bathroom by the pool(that would have been ideal) but if you have wet feet going up those stairs are very dangerous. Several of us slipped on the stairs, some sort of grippy on them would be ideal. Other than that we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The house was perfect for our combined families. The dock and waterfront were perfect, the pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean, everything was new and well stocked. Overall a wonderful week vacation. Thanks!!
